Beef Chow Fun - Beef Stir Fry with Rice Noodles

Ingredients:
- Rice noodles
- Beef
- Cooking wine
- Soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Black pepper
- Cornstarch
- Cooking oil
- Onions
- Green onions
- Bean sprouts
- Salt
Instructions:
1. 🍜 Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft.
2. 🥩 Thinly slice beef and marinate it with 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and black pepper. Mix well. Then add 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp cooking oil. Mix again and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. 🧅 Slice onions and green onions.
4. 🍳 In a pan, add oil and pan-fry the beef on medium-high heat until cooked. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add onions and bean sprouts. Stir-fry until soft, then add rice noodles. Add back the beef. Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry everything together. Add green onions. Then stir-fry on high heat for one minute. Enjoy!
