Very informative. I am currently considering anterior/posterior surgeries and the lamnioplasty is the most attractive because I am a cyclist which provides for great health benefits physically and psychosocially(Im a 55 yr old male & I ride between 50-100 miles per week on a regular basis). So having the range of motion is key in my consideration. What worries me most is the continued pain and the current hysteria over the use of medicinal opiates; even at low 5/325 x2 per diem. thanks for posting
Dr,. Sheeraz : at 8:40 or in general , the acdf side effects that you are speaking about are with conventional graft and antior plate or with zero -p style cage? Are three level acdfs better served with the newer zero profile designs?
