Looking at those blades in person would me wanna shed a tear of happiness there so beautiful there's just something about these blades that screams out beauty and artistic abilities
I own two, one a Wakazashi from the Muromachi period that is unsigned and another that is a tanto....they may not be great swords, but I like to appreciate them just the same....
the yamatorige appears to have ben polished with acid, its pretty obvious. perhaps it was done that way to be easy to see the details wen its displayed. personally i believe a good sashi komi polish would suite this blade just fine.
