    Great points Almi. Being a Brit who now lives in the US, I would also add that US high schools generally have VASTLY superior facilities to British schools and also the opportunity to take part in 'track' (amongst a multiteu of other sports) if kids want to, whereas in normal, non private schools in Britain, PE/sports are an utter shambles. As an example, we live in a small town in Maryland, and within I'd say a three mile radius of where we live there are 7 high schools and one college that have phenomenal sports facilities, all with their own athletics tracks, not to mention YMCAs with free outdoor basketball/pickleball courts and free tennis courts dotted around.

      Yes, it has, but it saddens me how much of the UK is broken.

    Nicely explained, looks like there’s everything in the US college system for you to continue to improve both in your academic and running life, clearly after you have finished in the US there still plenty of time to return to the UK and run some super fast times 🇬🇧 take care

      I think the audio went slightly haywire for a few seconds, but it’s really not that big of deal that you had to be rude about it.
