Hi, Almi. I came across your channel after being curious who that girl was running with spectacular form leading the Hove seafront parkrun I was at a few weeks ago. I work at the hospital with Lola, someone about your age who used to train with Brighton Phoenix. I talk to her about running sometimes and I asked her if she knew a girl called Almi, and yes, she did. Best wishes in the US!

Strange thing social media. Watched this. Googled your dad (because I remember him). Had a look at the Ethiopian Road Race website (because I ran 5k there about 15 years ago). Saw the virtual 10k event next month. Gonna register (I'll run a double Parkrun that Saturday here in Fife)... Oh, and enjoy DC.
