  • Ingredients:
    1 pack dumpling skin
    4 eggs
    salt
    white sesame
    black sesame
    Recipe:
    1: Take out 2 pieces of dumpling skin (cover the rest to prevent from drying up)
    2: Cut into 3 portion
    3: Slice 3 lines in the middle of each portion (don't cut it)
    4: Refer to video to understand how to form a ribbon shape
    5: Repeat until all done.
    6: Mix 4 eggs and a little bit of salt in a bowl
    7: Mix white and black sesame in another bowl
    8: Take 1 ribbon shape dumpling skin, dip into egg bowl followed by sesame bowl
    9: Repeat until all done
    10: Heat the oil and start frying the dumpling skin
    11: Ensure the oil is not too hot to prevent over fried
    12: Done

    云吞皮1包
    蛋4粒
    盐适量

    做法:
    1: 在超市買了一包云吞皮,剪开取出云吞皮
    2: 拿出两片来,其他的用布蓋着防吹干
    3: 兩片放在一起剪成三份,或用刀切三份
    4: 用刀在中間切三刀,头尾不要切断哦
    5: 拿起来从上面一端轉下来穿过中間轉上去,輕輕一拉,就形成卷形了
    6: 把全部做好放在盘等待比較干,等下沾上蛋液时才不会軟軟
    7: 碗里打入4粒蛋打散和盐适量調味备用
    8: 另一個碗倒入黑白芝麻搅拌均匀备用
    9: 拿一块云吞皮沾上蛋液在沾上黑白芝麻了,放在盘至到全部做完
    10: 熱鍋油要开始炸饼了
    11: 一块一块下锅炸,要翻拌炸至金黄色
    12: 盘鋪了吸油纸,捞起沥干油放在盘里
    13: 接下来要炸完其他的,就要用沥斗捞起油里的芝麻渣,要捞清洁了才炸第二次的
