- I can barely play this tempo so decided to pull a guitar I can barely play as well, and make it a proper challenge. My Schecter Omen Extreme-7 has been mostly decorating my wall. Occasionally I'd pick her up, we'll noodle together and mutually agree that maybe someday but not today haha. Well we pushed ourselves for this one. Hope you like it.

Really a catchy and nice performance ❤
Thank you kindly!
Lots of great melodies sprinkled into your riffs! This sounds awesome 🤘🤘🤘
Thanks a ton!
I'm with you, man... 7-strings are just weird to me haha. This was really good, though! I would never know you don't play 7-strings all the time. Love the harmonic structure and development throughout! Tone is on point, too! Really enjoyed this man!
Thanks brother! As the French saying goes "Appetite comes with eating", I've been craving that 7 string a lot more since this entry. That low B (and even drop A) are addicting, especially with a fresh set of strings I put on her. Maybe there is hope yet haha.
Awesome melodic riffing and some nice chugging! Sounds really great! 🤘🤘🤘
Thanks man, much appreciated!
Amazing composition, man, great harmony choices there!!! Love the tone too, super amazing track! 🤘👽🤘
Thanks Dave!
wow man, what a beautiful riffage man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Marcello, appreciated!
Yeah man this sounds huge!:)
Thank you kindly!
Great track man! Well done! 🔥🤘
Thanks Andy!
Awesome job man!
Thanks, much appreciated!
You 'barely played that' like a champion mate. That was some impressive down picking in the intro!
Haha thanks brother, it just didn't sound right alt. picking it, I nearly injured my arm on the down tho, but pushed through.
Niiice! By the looks (and sounds of it) you definitely should get the old girl out more often. I didn't used to like to do it but these days I really prefer the 7 on my left knee when sitting. I do tend to play a lot closer to the bridge though.
Thanks man! This Omen has an unfortunate slight dip at the base of the neck, making the action at the low strings there a bit high. I doubt most will notice or care, but my OCD is getting the best of me. Plus the more experience I get with guitar setup and building, the more it bugs me. It's a cheap guitar, but one of my early purchases, so a bit sentimental, plus I hope to learn how to fix such issues at some point (or learn how to build a new neck for her). Until then we keep staring at each other, and occasionally play a few riffs. Glad you are liking your 7, once accustomed to, they seem much more versatile instruments.
