Not good. You used LED bulb of only 7 Watt and no power transistor/ MOSFET. You have not measured output with a DMM then how the hell did you know that your inverter is giving out 220 VAC? A LED is accustomed to a wide range of voltage and did you see the brightness, I can see not too much! Very little current too and a very small transformer to deal more than some 10 watts of power. Not very authentic project!

On my own experience to built like this and it works 101%.., I just use this component :
1) Transistor : BD139 or Tip41c with the heat sink.
2) Resistor : 100 Ohm.
3) Transformer Mobile charger.
4) Rechargeable Battery : Such as phone battery or laptop 18650 (good condition & fully charged on 4.2 volt).
5) TP4056 module : For recharging battery via USB mobile charger.
...With the above component, it will last about 2 hours or less... (*_^)/... CMiiW..

@@abubacaralip128 => First of all you have to know / determine in advance which transformer foot for the path to the lamp and the battery power line. Please note that not all charger telephone transformers are the same output / position. So you must measure the foot of the transformer, which you will know the results. Measure the result value for each side of 2 legs (the foot path on the transformer has 4 legs in a row) using a Digital Multimeter and adjust the DMM at the position of the smallest measurement resistor (at 200 ohms). If when the DMM is measured the result is small (usually below the number 02.0), then this is the path for the transistor - resistor component and battery power. While the other two legs if measured the value is greater than the input side of the component, then this side is the output path to the lamp (usually above the number 06.5). If when you try it does not turn on, try changing the position of the transformer foot towards the foot base of the transistor and resistor base.
