We made the trip to chandeleur Saturday and it paid off. I like fishing our islands but we’re finding a pile of dinks.

Try using suspended baits, I been catching much bigger trout on them lately. Especially if they have rattles in them.

Where I’m fishing might be to shallow for suspended baits but you never know till you throw. Thanks for the heads up!
