Visiting The Glencoe Mountain Resort! EPIC Scenery & Chairlift Ride In Scotland!

- Join me in the final vlog from my trip to Scotland as I head to the Glencoe Mountain Resort! This spectacular Ski Resort is set in an area that is renowned for it’s scenic beauty and in this video I take a ride on their Chairlift to take in these epic views! This 12 minute journey takes riders up to 2200ft offering spectacular scenery and awesome views.
As my trip to Scotland comes to a close I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has followed me on this epic adventure through the 8 different vlogs I've filmed from this fascinating and beautiful part of the world. Awesome video mate. Takes me back to my young days spending times there skiing and sledging. Awesome videos from Lochaber too(my home county). Keep the ace videos coming. If you get a chance, do a video of the Fort William to Mallaig road, as well as the Nevis Range Ski Centre.

Great video Shawn. In the summer Glencoe is also a mountain bike resort with 2 downhill bike trails if you didn’t know :) that’s why there were a few bikes on the chairlift :)

Great video I went up there with my dad years ago now and it was a lovely sunny day well worth a trip up it's so relaxing and the waterfalls are just stunning this has brought back some lovely memories as did the Ben Nevis walk you did. Thanks for sharing and take care.

Scotland is absolutely gorgeous ! fyi I've been terrified of heights all my life and I think other people maybe like me that are? Chair lifts like this don't scare me at all. Nor do any kind of rides at amusement parks except for those freaking swings that I only went on one time yeah I felt like I was going to fly off of that thing it freaked me out. 😆 You really seem to enjoy the mountain scenery from hearing you! If you ever want to experience much higher mountains than in Scotland. Maybe you could make a Colorado USA trip but only in the summer! Winter is beautiful yes but it's all about skiing and snowboarding . They are beautiful as well but are in the teners as far as feet goes! But then the Swiss Alps could probably give Colorado run for its money! 😆 absolutely loved this series on Scotland thank you so much for doing it!😘

Walked by there when I hiked the West Highland Way from just outside Glasgow to Fort William, you can even see where I stayed the night in the vid. Loved this video series. The scenery of Scotland is one of the big reasons I moved up here.

Wow! This is truly stunning, thanks for showing us! If possible Shawn, could you film a video at Croxden Abbey and Alton Castle, I feel as if you could display the history of the area really well. Plus, it's not too far away from you and It would a mean a lot personally to me because I have a lot of memories of the area.

Did you go up the gondola at Aonoch mor 25 miles up? Another ski resort there.

It was a 5 day trip to Scotland
chair takes 400 per hour and has a full line in the morning and late afternoon during the ski season

I like your enthusiasm, but saying Glencoe is the only proper ski resort in Scotland is bollocks.

Hi @@TheSanbrookeAdventures. Glenshee, Aonach Mor and Cairngorm are bigger ski centres. If you liked, as you obviously did, Glencoe, I think you would love the gondola at Aonach Mor. Haste ye back to Scotland.
