A Summer Day on Norfolk Southern's Eastern Pennsylvania Mainlines

7/2/23:
On July 2nd, I took a day trip out to Pennsylvania to photograph Norfolk Southern operations in the Eastern part of the state. Beginning on the Lehigh Line and working west to Richland on the Harrisburg Line, the day produced a lot of good action showcasing all the different types of trains that traverse this stretch of track. Enjoy these scenes from a summer day in PA farm country as NS delivers goods to the biggest metro centers in the northeast!

In June won’t be to far past where you are in these videos I’ll be catching them on the Pittsburgh line which includes Harrisburg but the Harrisburg line is the most southern portion as your off the Pittsburgh line if you go south of Harrisburg back heading to New Jersey or down to Philadelphia
