6:51 I think they were referring to what happens to a particular person in the northern tribe, and kataras mom. But the water tribes weren't wiped out like the airbenders
Don't worry about the pronunciations, a lot of people get it wrong, especially because it's not 100% consistent between the different names, Aang and Iroh are pronounced like an English speaker would read these names, whereas some other names have a non-English pronunciation. However I should mention that there is a strong reason why fans are very sensitive about the pronunciations of the names, we've been hurt badly by something. On a "completely unrelated" note, you should watch The Last Airbender (2010) movie when you're done with this show, it's not a good one but it will enlighten you about something and afterwards you'll feel similar to how other fans feel about "some things".
@@NeirdoCandy That movie is gonna cause you so much irritation😂 But it's funny to try and watch. I would suggest to first watch the Legend of Korra after this series and then the movie. And after the movie you could try to watch the ATLA live action series adaptation that one is considered to be a better adaption then the movie. And you can compare the animation series with the live action.
@@jusssie010 I think the chronological order is best, first The Last Airbender series, then the movie, then Legend of Korra and then Netflix, to get the full experience that we had. The movie is a good palate cleanser between the two series. The movie did win several awards in 2010, but I wouldn't recommend leaving it as the last memory that you have of the show.

@@ShadowRyu yeah I guess still there is really few water benders left so I don't know what happened
@NeirdoCandy you'll find out :) and honestly when you do you'll find just how resilient and strong the water tribes are :)
@@ShadowRyu so excited and worried to know😅

@@Tul-rak Nah it's okay I'm bad with names in general so I'm trying to listen better
I guess will check the movie after I'm done with the show then

So you base a boy's attractiveness on their hair?
Does this explain why I love Appa so much?
@@UTU49 let's be real Appa is the most attractive of them all we all know that😂
Your accent tells me that you're German.
@@FearsomeVoid wow this is really interesting I didn't know I talk in a German accent this is funny to know😂
@@NeirdoCandy it's the way you pronounce "the".
