Do Most Railroad Workers HATE Rail-Fans? Why Is That? Most Just Want To See Trains!

I understand why this railroad doesn't like me but I've often wondered if most railroads feel the same way about other railfans or anyone recording video of trains.. I get reminded constantly about how much they don't like me.. Not my problem I guess, I try ignoring a lot of it.
