This concert was after the first full day of the convention. It took place outside in freezing cold weather--I seem to recall it actually snowed for a while and there was some concern about whether they'd actually be able to hold the concert because the musicians were concerned about their instruments and their fingers. DiCola and Bush had each performed separately for a while before finally getting up on stage together. To summarize, it was late, it was cold, and everyone had had a long day. You're looking at the people who didn't let any of that shit stop them from coming out to enjoy the music. So if you're here to shit on the crowd for not dancing enough or whatever, maybe you should reconsider. (Source: I was part of that crowd. I'm a white dude and I was wearing a hoodie, so I haven't been able to pick myself out, but I'm in there somewhere.)
It IS inside, lol. This dude commenting above is either full of shit or "mixed up." You can see the walls, elevators, jallways, ceilings etc. Stan himself even mentions the "room" at the start LOL!!! 😆

@@christophergoree6357 I didn't stand out there in the snow so some rando could call me a liar to try to win Internet Dickweed Points in lieu of getting yourself a damn personality. (Actually, I stood there because I wanted to enjoy the concert, but you know what I mean.) The TFWiki has the entire event schedule for Botcon 2016 documented, including locations, so you can see that this concert was at Fourth Street Live! in Louisville. You can plug that directly into Google to see what that is, and LO AND BEHOLD, it's one of those downtown Pedestrian-Friendly Areas with a big outdoor stage. The Hard Rock Cafe whose sign is clearly visible in the video appears to have closed in the past seven years, but if you find an older photo you can see their distinctive giant guitar sign sitting very clearly outside (for me it's in the very first Google Image result). Also, you know, you can very obviously see in the video every time it shows the audience that everyone is bundled up for the cold. It was an outdoor concert. Believe it or not, walls exist outside. Elevators exist outside. "Hallways and ceilings," or rather, covered walkways, exist outside. Maybe if *you'd* ever been outside you'd know that.
