- This video introduced a new E463 keyboard user to the use of an arpeggio. The E463 has 115 built-in arpeggios to choose from. This video is for people who want to learn what an arpeggio is, how to control them, and how to set them up and use them on this keyboard.
Here are the nine other UA-cam videos I have published teaching beginners how to use their Yamaha PRS E463 keyboard.

It's so nice to see you enjoying teaching, the way you laughted after playing the banjo brought a smile to my face. Thanks for all the time and effort you invest in this videos, know that a lot of us find them really helpful. Greetings from Colombia 👏
Thankyou so much. I bought a this keyboard and am so glad you made these videos so I can learn all the settings to teach my granddaughter. Especially the 000 setting.

Thank you Sir for teaching me how to use this keyboard.my name is Gerard from India Chennai.I bought this keyboard 2 weeks ago and did not know where and how to start playing.First of all I have a lot of style files which I downloaded from the net and could not put it on to the keyboard I was just frustrated I saw your video showing us step by step as how to put them on a USB it brought life to me,you just dont know how excited I was,and today you showed me how to use the arpeggio.Let me tell you that you are a great person for sharing your knowledge.May God bless you always.I am just a beginner so please put up some more of your videos of this keyboard.I love country music.Thank you and bye for now
Gerard...thank you for your very kind comments. I was awarded a doctorate degree in Public Service from my college alma mater back in 2009, and so I try to live up to that honor by doing things for other fellow musicians, just as I have been helped by watching UA-cams to learn something.
@@morriereece5007 Congratulations Morrie,I knew that there was something different in you when I saw your first video.Nobody does things for nothing especially music, there is so much of jealously God bless you.How long are you playing the keyboard?I worked in a 5 Star hotel known as Taj Coromandel Hotel,so there was no time for anything it was only work.I retired in 2013 so I thought I could learn to play the keyboard the instrument I always loved and so I have just started hope I will reach your standard some day Bye
Finally I have found a good video on the e463 arpeggiator. Hallelujah!

The banjos with Disco was oddly amusing!
Great! I now watched a lot of your videos about this keyboard and now I like to buy it, because it has much more functions than my Fame G400. I like the arpeggio, but my keyboard don`t have this. Your videos are amazing, because your explanations are so understandable, even for a beginner like me. Thank you, you have one follower more now. 👍
Thank you. 😊
Thank you for being so precise in all your videos. They are so very helpful!
the majority of my viewers are not
Americans, and English is not their first language, and over a dozen blind people "watch" my UA-cam, so I do try to be precise.
Sounded like 'San Antonio Rose' on banjo part...nice.
Very very nice! Thanks!
Great 👌👌👌

Only problem I have is with John.V,s online styles. Is there any names for the certain styles?
L😍👏👏👏Thank you do much. 🌹🌹🌹
Как сделать что б при переключении + или - при включенной кнопки style одновременно менялся и style и voise ?
Morrie, I so enjoyed this video and thank you for sharing. I have two Yamaha keyboards the EZ-300 which has the Arpeggio feature and the DGX670 which unfortunately does not. When you punch in an Arpeggio number to select the different types of Arpeggios does it get appended to the current style that you have selected? If that is what occurs could this now be saved as a new STY file to be used for example on my DGX670?
The dgx should have arpeggios surprised if it doesn't could it be in the harmony section ?
What style number is that sir morrie
I would love to know what style that was at 7.51. I've hunted for it to no avail.
The first style have you selected
Quel dommage, manque les sous-titres in French langage...
How to create still in yamaha e463
Whilst I found most of the arrangements useful, there were some other them a little bit plinky to my western ears, though the overall video was quite decent and useful
I agree. There are dozens of arpeggios I would never use.
I have the Yamaha piano.
