***EDIT** I made an error when discussing the Le Phyto-Rouge Lipstick. When I purchased it I was told it was matte. When describing it I didn’t think it felt very matte, well that’s because when I went back to read the description, I saw it is actually a satin finish. So what I said about this lipstick being a matte was wrong. I apologize. Le Phyto-Rouge is in fact a satin, which is why it didn’t feel like a matte.
Welcome back to my channel. Today we are in my bathroom for a quick makeup application using mostly Sisley-Paris Makeup products. I recently picked up some of their cult favorites, Blur Expert Powder and Phyto-Poudre Libre Loose Powder, and wanted to show you how I applied them. I will be applying almost a full face of Sisley-Paris makeup today, only my eyeshadow, eyeliner and lip liner are other brands.

I know!!! What?!?!? But this powder under foundation is amazing! I wouldn’t put other powders under my foundation but this specific one from Sisley works best under foundation.

Would you describe the powder has a flat matte finish ? I have the shade Irisee and it has beautiful shimmer particles.
