    Congrats on your red light! Nice singing too. ha ha! I hope you enjoy it. After using it for a while, I was getting compliments on my skin/face...was even told I looked younger. lol I'll take that. As for all the other benefits....I think that may be seen over time. Happy Red Lighting!

    My husband, a PD patient, uses it everyday. Most noticeable effect? Energy, quite noticeable on days where for one reason or another he misses a treatment.

      Hi Asma, it is an expensive device, no doubt about it, but it is nice to finally have my neck issue clear up for a bit after trying for so long. Will keep you updated, any treatment that is non invasive or not a medication I am interested in.

    • @Nobodyknowsreally
      @Nobodyknowsreally Рік тому

      Hi Asma look into “Symbyx Parkinson’s Trial” not the same, but same principle and much cheaper. Approx $2000 Australian for the hand- held PD appliance and $1450 Australian for the helmet. I have no affiliation with it and have not bought it yet but am intending to for my husband’s Parkinson’s and my diabetic neuropathy. Good luck 😊

    Also try sunbathing. In fact there was a book written about it in the 50’s called “Fasting and Sunbathing”. It has also now become evident that people who live near the equator never get MS for example.

    Very interesting. Somehow not sure how shining something bright on the skin would cure in pain inside the body. Does it work with green or blue lights - why red? Interesting indeed. Great video-------You still have your funny bone!!

    • @LifewithParkinsons
      @LifewithParkinsons  Рік тому

      Hi Ann, it is difficult to believe that shinning a light on your body would help with anything, but on the other hand lots of things need sunlight to grow. I do have a friend with a fish tank who uses blue lights to help the coral grow. Here is a link to the FAQ's at Rouge.

      @margaretrouge Рік тому +2

      It is almost too good to believe, isn't it :) But it's not quite magic, in fact there is a lot of science behind it, and there are many studies out there showing that it can deliver results. Our cells have photoreceptors which is why if someone is locked in a dark cell, they would suffer from vitamin D deficiency. Have you ever been to the dentist where they put a blue light onto your filling and it hardened it? Or used a pulse oximeter to measure your oxygen levels? These all use light based technology and have solid grounding in research.
