Kitano Tenmangu Shrine is located in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, about 40 minutes by bus from Kyoto Station. Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane, is famous as the god of learning.
“Odoi” maple garden is open to the public in autumn and is one of the most popular places in Kyoto for viewing the autumn leaves.
The view of the national treasure Honden over the autumn leaves from the observatory and the Uguisubashi bridge over the Kamiya River and the autumn leaves will make you feel the late autumn.
