What is the model of the new Kenwood? Do you have a video on removing the radio pod? My mounting brackets on the pod are broken. Is there a fix for that?
That is the Kenwood DMX4710S (link in video description or below). Unfortunately, we do not have a video on removing the pod. Removing the pod isn't needed for the radio install. We just removed the pod to make it easier to see what we were doing for making the video. Depends on how bad the pod is broken, if they are cracked you can use JB Weld or a plastic glue to repair. Do these accompanied with your speakers really sound that much better?
