❤ Heather
I love No Repeat workouts. They seem to pass quicker, and when I know that I have only one chance I am making sure to do my best of each exercise. Thank you, Heather! Also, it would be nice to add couple stretch moves for abs when there are core finishers
i totally agree
Me too😜
Me too because you know its over LOL
I do to but hey for free I’ll take any of these workouts. When this is all over I could see me taking these to the gym and kind of adding in different machines and making even more of a variety. Cause I’m also tired of body weight TRX and dumbbells.
Me too!
W6D2 complete!! Wow that was killer. I wasn’t feeling great last week, so I listened to my body and gave it both physical & mental rest. But back at it again today! Switched D1 and D2 around so will be doing D1 tomorrow 😅
No repeats yeahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! Excited to see what tomorrow will bring. xoxoxoxoxo
that was great..thank you
Was it just me and by taco Tuesday arse, thinking even warm up should be no repeat 🤪
Thank you much ma gal HR🙏🏽
With you till the end
I LOVED IT!! but mountain climbers are hard enough adding that knee tap was a killer!!!
W6 d2 try2, done!
I'm convinced she is the most in shape human being on the planet....
No, Dafne Shippers is, lol. But Heather is amazing.
Ahaha, i'm not sure she's human - she doesn't sweat, never looks tired, doesn't even seem to breathe at all... She's a machine!
When a 30 second plank is the easiest part of the workout...🤯💪 Love it! Thank you Heather!
Is it just me, or are these workouts getting substantially harder?? Just when I thought I was getting in shape, Heather humbles me! She seems superhuman!!🦸🏼♀️
Was thinking the same thing!! I just finished week 6 day 2 and I'm really trying to push hard!! 😨
@@luisaprieto2149 way to go! You’re over half way done! I finished last Friday! Keep pushing through, you’ll gain so much strength, and come out of this so much stronger!!💪🏼
Same!! I've been working out regularly for more than a decade now so I thought I was in shape. Seems I was wrong... 😅
If I watch...I can't do it... lol
It’s getting harder. I really have to push
Me watching next exercise for 15 sec: 😳
😂
Done! 😁🙏✅❤️🥵
🤣🙈
🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
6:18 HIIT 45s on 15s off = 18 min
24:43 Abs 30s on 10s off = 6 min
31:12 Cool Down
This is my first full workout after having covid 19. I am so grateful for my body. I left on week 6 day 1 before getting sick and I am glad day 2 of week 6 is complete! so blessed. I am strong!
So glad you are feeling better! You got this!!
I am so gad to hear you are feeling better.
Me alegra que estés bien y recuperándote 💓😷
Great workout! love the beeps after each move in your workouts. It helps me focus on my form and not the screen.
Star jumps🌟 kill me every time😆 Hope I will survive😌
Me too.
Me three
Same here...
same~ cant do it without a little break in between hahaa
Wish I didn't see ur comment before performing the exercise 😭😭
Only had to say "What the f*** Heather how do you expect me to do that?" three times this workout! This is growth 😂😂🌱
I love how effortless you do each workout with perfect form. It makes me think it’ll be easy, than I do it and realize you’re just a pro. 🤩 Had to modify the pushups and definitely couldn’t do a full 45 seconds of perfect start jumps, but I’ll keep working hard!
Same. Those start jumps are no fun. I end up doing jumping jacks lol
The way she does makes me think it’s quite easy but nope 😨
I sweated so much today, I'm still dripping several minutes after cooling down. Felt more exhausted than usual today and had to modify the star jumps and several other moves. The side burpees killed my shoulders. Definitely a good sweat, this one.
Heather Robertson: Keeping me sane during the lockdown!
Me too!
When I started 6 weeks ago I thought those exercises are brutal 😂😂I had no idea what you had in store for us HR!!! Wanted to say I love that you mix things up - no repeat days are really my fav.❤️
Amazing! Love the no repeats and love the longer warm-ups because otherwise, I don't do them 🙃 Your videos are just the best! The format, the music, everything. And I'm always so freakin' sore the next day!!!
At one point I heard a harp playing and saw the pearly gates beckoning me. OY this one killed me. I really got a sweat on this one!
Day 2 week 6, we got this fam 💕
Done ✅ I managed to do star jumps for the full 45secs 🎊 the first time I did this I couldn't even do star jumps at all so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself 😍👍🏻
This was EXCELLENT - I LOVE NO REPEATS!!! I avoided the start jumps....lol
No repeat HIIT-my fave! Can’t wait for tomorrow morning. Thank you-loving every single workout. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
When you realize the portion before the core section was the easiest 🥵
W6D2...I was sweating at the of the warmup. Those Y/T/I supermen and swimmers get my whole body warm and blood pumping, and who could forget my favorite shadow boxing; shoulders were still on fire from yesterday's workout. I got through this one by saying ' almost done, last set of this one ;) '. Great combos, Heather! See you in the morning; same time, same channel!
Heathers legs are like dolls legs switching up and down with finesseI especially enjoy the star jumps, you should see mine compared to yours! I’ll keep trying 😉
Forgot to comment because I was so exhausted, but yesterday was R2:W6:D2.
I love your workouts! Also the music is great and visuals too. I love how clean and bright your videos are.
Can you plz make a best workout to reduce lower belly fat fast
Let's go Everyone we got this!! Thank you very much Heather
Guuurl you can’t be real with the climbers knee taps, i just couldn’t do it 🥺💔
Love your workouts Heather! I’m not very fit but I’m trying. :) I was wondering if you could say the size of the weights you’re using for each exercise. I never know if I need a heavier or lighter weight.
I am wondering the same about the weights
!
Seems like we've finally got an abs workout without using stability balls! Thank you Heather, can't wait to do this one
Did again! Good one! 109 avg 134 max 195 cals
I am joining the crew below "that was a killer". :) I did modifications, but still proud!
Warm regards from Bulgaria!
Such a bless not having to pick and match different workouts everyday to have a complete One. Just follow Heather for 12 weeks, no brainer! How can you do all this for free? I feel like I owe you!
Star jumps & burpees are my nemesis!!! 😱 Thank you for pushing me through Heather! HIIT #sweatfest done! 💪🏾🔥
Omg I loved this one!!! No repeats is the best. Please incorporate more❤️❤️❤️ i feel like I push even harder when I'm only doing it once. Thank you Heather 💗💗
I love love LOVE no repeat workouts in this program! To be honest, I wasn't feeling in the mood at all to work out today and I had planned to take a rest day early. But after seeing it was a no repeat I couldn't pass it up. I think they're so fun and go by so quickly!
I fell off the wagon for a bit so this is my 8th week and just starting on your week 6. But what I love is that I can hop right back into it and get sweaty and for 35 min, it’s just me against the clock. Thank you!
I would looove to do it but i cant move after yesterday's killer 🙏😄
Please don’t delete video I’m still doing thanks
Kudos to everyone who completed today's workout, I paused 4 times and couldn't do weighed squat jump.. :(
✅ W6D2 💪💖
No idea how to do the climber knee taps..
That was really challenging, heather. Thank you
As of now,I think this is going to b the toughest no repeat workout in this plan 🤪
Gonna do this in 30 mins
I’m not a big fan of no repeat workouts . I know repetition gets results and make muscles adapt. But your workouts are truly phenomenal . So addictive to your training style! 🙏🏽 Thank you for sharing your talents with us for free!
Me encantan tus entrenamientos. Me siento muy bien con ellos. Me gustaría que hicieras 12 semanas 4.0 con elásticos en lugar de pesas para poder realizarlos cuando viajas cómodamente. Un saludo
Definitely saving this one for another day. I was challenged on every move. Super sweaty!
Today workout day 2 week6 is easier than previous workout day 1 week6 Chest and shoulders.
However there were three exercises, which caused my difficulties 🤪😖🤜💣.It is just the bombshell! This exercises are "Star Jump" which is known all participants of this Program ( Heather , you are the QUEEN when did it👸💐🏅), "Sprinter Crunch" ( I raised my corp of body heavily every time throughout this exercise 🎢, " Penguin Crunch" seems very easy but this is one of the tough ones! Thank you ,HEATHER🔥💖
It looks like I took a bath after workout! :P

Oh this was so great! Thank you!
This was EXCELLENT - I LOVE NO REPEATS!!! I avoided the start jumps....lol
ouch. It's not getting easier but that means you are pushing us to get stronger. Thank you Heather, I appreciate you so much!
Star jumps are my weakness. I'm gravitationally challenged. 😂
WEEK 6 DAY 2 Done💪😅 I knew that it's gonna be tough yhooo my modifications were on fleek today😅😅😅
During the star jumps I wanted to throw up...
Omg Heather, that was a, killer with star jumps but so loved this one as there was no repeats
Yay
Just finished it and peeling myself of the floor 🤣
W6D2 done! I really like the sequencing of exercises. I have to admit that I had to go for the low impact adaptations (no jumpings for me), and no kidding the results are still very good. Looking forward to the next one.
Amazing workout! Those frog jumps though .... so tough. I last for 10 seconds and that’s it!
These workouts along with couch to 5k has helped me lose 24 pounds since April. I started out alternating these workout every other days to train for 5k every other day. I found these workout half way through the 8 week 5k training. Now that I am done with the 5k. I do these workouts 5 days/wk. I now am trying to get my mile under 8 miles; started at 12 now 10. Also went back vegan incorporating eating less calorie dense foods. If you don’t understand calorie density look it up it is a hack to weight loss 🌱❤️
Not me watching the Ads for an extra 20 sec rest 💀
Killer workouts HR 🙌🏽 I saw improvements with some moves 💪🏽
Even though it was a fairly simple workout as compared to other workouts, what I found is that my maximum heart rate was 183 bpm but my minimum heart rate was just 43 bpm. I was shocked to see such a low heart rate while exercising.
After I complete the 12 week challenge I may repeat it as I’ve had to modify for an injury. What do you suggest to do next, do you have other pre set programs to follow i.e. videos grouped together?
Thank you for this program, it’s made it so easy to stay on track and motivated!
Awesome workout! These keep me grounded... Tho bicycle crunches were quite challenging
Star jumps!!!! Could barely get through modified version.....
This one was quite toleratable :) It made it easier since knowing we'd only have to do each excercise only once .... so, I pushed through ... 3 excercises I had to pause in the middle :)
Am I the only one feeling it’s a lot harder since week 5???!!! Can barely catching up after 25 minute.
Wk6 D2 Done! This is a tough workout Heather. But i pushed it through and finished it. I skip to D6 the other day I thought i was done with this 😂 but nope i have to go back to D2 and have to finish Wk6 with a lot of huffing and puffing...😂
Holy crap. This was so hard. I sweat so much. And I drank 60 oz of water through it. Thank God for the ads when we get to rest. See you tomorrow.
it was so cardio ouf!!!!! so hard!!! thank you heather I feel so good after this workout
I can see a lot of change in my body but still can't do anything with pushups correctly after 4 weeks - also the side to side burpees, for some reason the leg work kills me there. Still, everything else works and I try not to get to demotivated. so - done!
Well, note to self - I like workouts earlier in the day than later :/ I was just kinda bleh through my whole workout. But, tomorrow is another day.
*Elbow Plank there is no starting ding* ;)
haha i caught that too :)
Am I the only one that finds the most difficult part is the Ab exercise at the end, I just can’t push harder like legs or cardio.
Nice sesh! I forgot to set my band
:( but I'm sure I've burned many calories💪
dont get me wrong, im thankful for the workouts...but im 2 days in week 6 and both are sooooo difficult
Coming back the 4th time..surprised it is still hard..endless thanks to this suoerwoman
I have realized I can not do push ups for 45 secs it is really too tough for me. I actually can not perform proper push ups at all. do not know what to do
Week 6 Day 2 completed.. It was fun and my abs are on fire... 😅
Somehow time passes faster with theno repeats ... although, don’t get me wrong, I do like the repeats on the occasion.
Omg I nearly died...and I've been following the whole program! Just shows you're still challenging us every day! 😜
STOP SHOWING ME GOLDBELLY ADS WHEN IM WORKING OUT! I DON'T WANNA SEE 30 LAYER CAKES ERIGHT NOW
Great workout! 260 calories burnt 🔥
Not sure how she workouts and stays looking pretty. I make the ugliest faces while attempting all the workouts lol
Fascinante ❤
I was near death the entire time and had to take a couple 30-sec breaks, but I loved this workout! I always feel great afterward! Thank you, Heather!
Active 263, total 308 cals burnt!! Thanks:)
Thank you, Thank you! At 43 I could not feel stronger thanks to you.
'No repeat' got me out of bed this morning. Great sweat!
I am a little disappointed bc I had to modify today but that’s part of the process I guess. 😓
Week 6 Day 2 done ✔️
2/15/21 Completed!
No repeats are the best, amiright?
day 1 and 2 9/3... good hour work out compliment each other.
I did this after week 5 day 5 back and Triceps, so uber sore now!!!
