Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is the next major entry in the renowned Resident Evil series and sets a new course for the franchise as it leverages its roots and opens the door to a truly terrifying horror experience. A dramatic new shift for the series to first person view in a photorealistic style powered by Capcom’s new RE Engine, Resident Evil 7 delivers an unprecedented level of immersion that brings the thrilling horror up close and personal.
Set in modern day rural America and taking place after the dramatic events of Resident Evil® 6, players experience the terror directly from the first person perspective. Resident Evil 7 embodies the series’ signature gameplay elements of exploration and tense atmosphere that first coined “survival horror” some twenty years ago; meanwhile, a complete refresh of gameplay systems simultaneously propels the survival horror experience to the next level. - Ігри
Make sure you're caught up! Watch the boys being scared by the Demo before jumping into the main game! ua-cam.com/video/z5J_0nmOPLw/v-deo.html
"I'm convinced that Grandma is the end boss."
EPIC FORSHADOWING
WHO FUCKING CALLED IT??!
‘And that when the squad knew
They F&$k up’
Thus the Davis run was born.
Davis Run?
No shotgun
Davis's one-liners are as legendary as his 'Knife King' victory over Mama Baker xD
Watching their more recent Wilson's Heart playthrough, you can really see how Davis has grown "as a man."
"take a hit of this" is actually brilliant
"I'm Redfield"
* cheering *
Davis`s oneliners have the best character arc of SGS
Wow, I'd forgotten that Davis was SO ready to kill Mia, there was no hesitation there at all. I'd hate to be his girlfriend in the zombie apocalypse.
As long as you have a chin you'll be alright ;)
Okay, but is it weird that it makes me even more attracted to him?
I love that 1/3 of this video is just Davis trying to come up with a good one liner. Not that I have a problem with it, I just wished there was more of everything.
This game turned Davis from a boy, to A FUCKING MAN
Best SGS. This doesn't even do it justice. Definitely worth a watch of the full playlist. So much fun.
The only arguable better one is layers of fear
I am only somehow just now finding this comp, but it rules. I forgot how long the no-shotgun situation was, and nothing made me laugh harder than "I'M A FUCKIN MAN". Thank you so much
I want you take a second and look at the expression on Lucas’s face after David says I’m gonna come all over you
“WwwwWWWELP, I’m out.”
Love the increase in editing quality
That montage of shitty one-liners had me in tears.
The raw footage from this video is less than a third of the length of all the DLC, so I'll be making that into a different video.
I think I'll visit Shercox & Dodgson before that though...
omfgBlondie I’m guessing LiS before the storm?
You still planning on the dlc thing?
I don't know what Jesse and Jirard's issue was with Davis's "You gotta take a hit of this" line. It was great.
Thank you for all your hard work in editing this!! I appreciate all you do for us 😍. You're awesome Blondie
Actually, if you think about it, one could guess that something was wrong with grandma without finding any secret. The family members seemed to mostly ignore her, there were no photos or anything that seemed to belong to an elder, meaning that she may have not been part of the family from the beginning. She barely moved, but in a moment she is at the table and the next she is upstairs, however, even with this oddities, and this obvious monsters around the house, she never attacked or attempted to make any contact with you, she just observed.
15:40 that moment we've been waiting for.
Shout out to the great edit at 2:12
I expected them to use the MGS V theme there instead.
You are doing the Lord's work TBH. There's so many of these that I want to be done like cuphead, the south park games, battlefront and so many more, but since I don't know how to do it I'll just be patiently waiting while I get these and rewatch them after I rewatch each of Jesse's series.
AwkwardSmileMeme editing is easy. You can find tutorials online that'll teach you what you need in less than 20 minutes. The hard part is knowing what to edit out. That only comes with experience and feedback from others.
Can't believe I found you here, though i shouldn't be surprised. Nice interdimensional rebirth
Oh was this the origin of Jirard's Empty Drawers Emporium?
Hyped for their RE VIII playthru
12:20 You can hear Jirard smiling knowing whats coming.
I didn't even think the video mentioning the Competionist was out! I've been looking for it for a while!
This is classic cinema, thank you for this 🙏
4:54 that encoding error is so satisfying
The most anticipated movie of the year
I can see and appreciate the improvement in your work. good job my dude. I wanted this in my life
3:54 So is Jared now cannon to the resident evil universe?
clicked on this just for the thumbnail. thats a well done thumbnail!
22:40 After all the stuff with that cult, this part can be seen in a very different light!
I am so ready for a little nightmares one
I forgot how great this was, you should get paid by them for this
And the thing is. These one liners are actually better then the ones in RE8
Catchphrases start at 18:00
Been looking forward to the day this'd be a highlight reel from you, still might just me by favorite SGS series. Your editing was especially on point with this one! Can't wait to see the DLC ones too!
2 videos withing 2 weeks? You spoil us!
Amybody else getting some weird fragmentation in the video? Especially noticable in the Mia segments.
SeaTimeless some weird compression artifacts.
I'M A FUCKIN' MAAAAAAAN
I beat the entire game only using the knife
on madhouse?
If I was allowed to use a knife I did it was much easier than you’d think
Loved your videos for a while, this made me sub though! :D
Did you put the knife scene in ? That got me cracked up
goddamn I forgot those Davis lines 20:19
holy sh*t I forgot how funny this playthrough
Could you do a compilation of Jesse and Dodger playing the Letter now that it’s completed? Dexbonus uploaded one stream, but there are other unofficial streams out there.
LikeaDuck0610 I agree. I loved a lot of moments in it. but I have a hard time finding them again because I get lost a lot in the monster long videos.
LikeaDuck0610 it's not impossible, but it's not in the cards at the moment. I have one Shercox and Dodgson series planned, and then the Resident Evil DLC. Then I want to do another Beard Bros. series at some point.
You would be a great editor for Jesse Cox.
I'm already a professional video editor :)
@@omfgblondie
You're just proving my point.
I might need an SCP best of the scary games squad
Samantha Day they arnt gonna do a lot of SCP I think since they arnt reading stuff and just walking around
Kimmyfuzzy yea. But even the 4 parts that they have would make for a good montage video
Good shit dude
Knife moment 23:05
26:24 Clearly, he's never played "Eternal Darkness". ^^
So the ending.... Mia survives? How did you guys get that ending?
Just gotta give the antidote to Mia instead of Zoe
16:41 I'M A FUCKING MAN!!!!
Good editing. Few artefacts, though.
Will you be doing this once RE 2 playthrough is over? :)
whoo did Jirard really call out granma?
jimi hendrix
Why...does everyone go so crazy over this game? Especially now that we've seen the RE2: Remake which does everything this game did...better, while still being true to the original series. Not to mention all the twists were obvious and if the RE elements hadn't be awkwardly shoehorned in, you'd never guess this was an RE game.
I think it was the fact that it was a return to survival horror. RE was more action hero shooter for quite some time and people felt like this was a step in the right direction. Sure it ain’t as good as the RE2 remake, but the hype was just excitement that RE might be returning to its roots.
@@DemonRaticate I can understand that it's nice it goes back to being a survival horror, but that doesn't make it an RE game. I appreciate that it at least seems to understand the genre it's supposed to fit into, and I'm glad they remembered that for the RE2: Remake. I just never really appreciated RE7 for being a part of the series because it didn't really seem to fit in, it seemed like it was just chasing survival horror trends from games like Outlast and PT, rather than being an RE game.
For me it seemed like they were trying to retrace their steps and start small before going big. I've seen this a lot with games that seemed to be going downhill and suddenly comes back by returning to their roots. The newest game will be meh... maybe not even compare to the earlier games, but because its a start everyone gets super hyped not for what the future will bring. Kinda like the hype on Silent Hills before that got nipped in the bud.
@@Gakusangi That's ultimately the irony of RE7. Capcom and Konami randomly decided survival horror wasn't popular any longer despite the demand. This lead to the indie scene to fill the gap with games like Amnesia, Outlast, etc, which became hits. Combine that with the less than stellar opinion of RE6 and we have this game which takes notes from all the current survival horror games. Which in turn owe the original RE games, among others, for inspiration in the first place.
@@Valzahd Or they could have picked tonal consistency and it all would have been a lot easier. That's been one of the biggest issues. RE as a series started as camp, corny, B-flick style horror, and we all went along for that ride, jumping in surprise at their timing, trembling at their tension and laughing at their attempts to be taken seriously. But the later games never came off B-budget, they were too polished and tried WAY too hard to be serious why punching a boulder in a lava pit. That's why RE4 worked. It was cheesy action, but it stayed consistent. The original three games, stayed consistent with their tone and delivery. That's why the remake works so well too. It's notably more serious and polished than it was before, but it's remained consistent with that new direction. Not any of the others could do that well.
