Chicken Drumsticks are the cheapest cut of chicken I can buy where I live but they can be tough, no one likes those nasty stringy tendons and they can be greasy. We are gonna solve all of those problems making chicken dummies worth eating again. Mangia!

8-10 Chicken Drumsticks
6-8 garlic cloves
1c ketchup
1/2c sugar
2T soy sauce
2T cider vinegar
1t tamarind concentrate
2T Frank’s Red-hot
1t Spicy Chili Oil
Garnish
Chives
