Hey Ben, thanks for pointing out the updates. Now that the classes do not look al the same anymore, I might consider coming back to the game in the future. Also those multi account changes look awesome. Loved watching your video again.
Thanks Wesmaster, appreciate that. Yeah, they've made some really good improvements since the Phase I Beta release. The main big bug still bothering me, is the IU and all it's quirky/unpredictable habits. If they can get that squared away, I would be a very happy camper. ;-)

That's awesome Cato, so glad you enjoyed the video. Unity still has some glaring issues, which I obviously pointed out in this video, but man - it's SO GOOD! I think once they get some of the lingering bugs resolved, it will be the best version of Dofus they've made so far. :-) (personal opinion of course...lol).
For Moon island, Otomai etc you dont need the quest on Beta. Once you log on Beta and enter the area you automaticly unlock the exploration achievements and can therefore acces the islands!
Had a thought Ben, as I just started again too dive into video searching, as I just discovered back in 2016 that there was a desert update, heh. I also have been searching uo Dofus Retro areas and map, as i never had done an in-depth map exploration of Retro, and stuck to Astrub all my days, with a little bit of Shika episode system visits, and thought : That would make for an interesting video idea too share, and if you would possibly consider making a video or possible series of explorinf and ratting the areas, heh. Hope your week goes well, Ben! Edit : is there a Discord server or other media service that you recomend, too keep up with thigns more frequint, Ben ?

Oh yeah, this sounds like the perfect solution then. There will still need to be some alt/esc moves for fights and such, but as far as running around - wow, this is a huge game changer.
Hello, i love all of your videos and i enjoy them while i have time and watch them, from ypur experience so far at unity, which class/classes do you suggest for mono.accpunt server? I cant decide.. apart from sadi because it was my main at draco. I paly mostly pvm, solo qusts, dofus quests, dungs etc
My 100% #1 choice for solo gameplay is Foggernaut. Not saying it's the "best" class in the game or anything, but for me, it's so versatile and fun to use, I could gladly play Dofus forever with just this class. :-)
@Benjamight haha that's great! I have only tried a bit fogger at old beta but it seems nice! Which element do you suggest low level, mid/high level and endgame level??

I'm not 100% sure which classes I'm playing on full-release just yet, but I've been a HUGE fan of the Foggernaut ever since I tried them. Pretty good chance there will be one in my main team.
I might come back to the game just because of the multi-counting follow function. I got so fed up with alt tabbing all the time. Although I guess there is still a lot of alt tabbing in fights. Or is there a new/better way to change windows now?
I use Alt/Esc (which might be what you mean), and yeah, you'll definitely still have that going on during fights and when chatting to NPCs for quests & such... but moving around the maps, starting figures, and readying-up for fights can all be done with a single account - and that is absolutely fantastic!
So personally I didn't think the frig 3 dungeons would be out of reach :3. Since you can level jump, the way spells are gained wouldn't give you to many to mess with after 100, personally I would suggest going to 120 or 130 for better set options for each leading to the intro frig dungeons as well up to obsi. Then just steadily jump them from there. Would love to see you mess with those more mechanically intense dungeons!
Appreciate the feedback Luna... I might have to go for a bigger jump, because I LOVE the Frigost dungeons so much, and it would be fun to get to try out some of these spells there.
Yeah, a long running habit I'm not sure I'll ever break...lol. If it was spelled with a "J", I'm sure I'd pronouce it right, but I see "G", and I think "Google, Gum, Gangster, etc"...lol.
Hello there Kungfudude - you'll need to reach level 10, and then the 'follow' icon should turn un-gray (I just learned this today myself). As for switching windows, I hold down the Alt key and then tap the Esc key on the keyboard... as long as you don't have any extra applications open, it should be basically an instant switch between accounts.
how are you quickly swapping between accounts? i need to master this. as ive decided i hate myself and will play 8 accounts for unity lol. my team Comp will be Cra, Panda,Eni,Enu,Iop,Sac,Forgelance,feca. what do you think of that line up?
Super cool - I LOOOOOVED running a full 8-man team back in the day, but it started to get too expensive for me to cover the costs. I think any 8-man lineup is going to be great, especially if you don't repeat classes - so I'm sure you'll be fine. As far as switching accounts, I use the alt/esc method - just make sure you don't have any windows open on the PC outside of your Dofus accounts, and it will be very snappy. However, when you saw me running around the maps and starting the figures super quickly in this video, it's due to the new features Ankama has implemented, making multi-accounting super easy. :-)

Because in just a few weeks, regular Dofus will be the Dofus Unity version. Dofus 2.0 is going away and Dofus 3.0 (Unity) will be the only version of this Dofus.

I think each element is pretty strong with the Fogger, but Str & Int are probably the easiest for early game - especially if running solo.

How do you move all your charactwrs at once. Mine follow group leader icon is gray can press it. Also how do you switch between game windows fast?

Why dont they put all the multi account features on reg dofus?

Not a fan of multiaccounting in general. Takes away from the classic mmo feel for me. I feel less attached to my character when i have 4 anyway.
I totally understand, it's not for everyone.
