6:50 and 18:18 with those plastic clips, push the center pin IN further and it will release the clip and then pop the whole clip out.
when they are installed, you push clip in, push the pin till its level and locked. then if you push it in further, it releases again.

You need to open it and check carefully, Or there is a cold solder and it lights up and goes out when moving, Or the problem is in the socket that plugs it into the power supply.

About four hours. The return parts back were faster.
I changed a mates stereo yesterday in one of these. It’s like you have no room to do anything. Why build in the stereo. Fitted an amp too. Literally nowhere to run a power wire to the battery from inside. All done now but Jesus it was winding me up. My car I just drilled through fire wall but when it’s not your car you tend to have to do it the right way
If I’m just removing the central dash air vent and replacing it because the plastic cracked, do i need to disconnect the battery? Or just have the car off?
In my opinion, for greater safety, it would be better to disconnect the battery
Is there any other way to open the glove box? I don't have the key and it's locked.
I don't think there is another way, or at least I don't know one. The lock needs to be broken and replaced. I've seen sell locks.
