Fayetteville is about to annex 100's of forested acres right near Trilith, in the middle of housing developments and schools. The land has been earmarked for data centers (the Cloud). These are large warehouses filled with servers and surrounded by high security fences and lighting. The amount of electricity and water needed is enormous and will be detrimental to Fayetteville's infrastructure. The number of jobs to be created is minimal. The negative impact on the environment and wildlife is frightening. Depending on the architecture of the centers, they can be extremely loud all day and night. Development will take 10 years or more so construction vehicles will be clogging our roads. Do your homework before you move to Fayette County. The Fayette County Development Authority can make secret deals with big business and then direct elected officials to annex and rezone...no questions allowed. Actually, this is now common practice throughout Georgia. Lots of angry citizens in Social Circle, GA, too! Look up RIVIAN Opposition Group.
How is the crime in Fayetteville? My family is thinking of moving here just wanna be an area safe for the kids with good schools. Ik NOWHERE is perfect but just at least want safe ya know
Hey Shante, while I personally haven't had any issues in the last 6 years, I would recommend checking out sites like Area Vibes or SpotCrime for statistics. Alternatively you can reach to the local police via their non-emergency number and ask about different zip codes.
@@ramon.purifoy Thank you. Are there areas in Fayetteville that are golf cart friendly and perhaps connect to the cart paths in Peachtree City? Access to the golf courses around there .. Braelinn, Whitewater and Flat Creek.
Debra, there is only a small section of Fayetteville that has a cart path that connects to PTC. The communities of HighGrove, Whitewater Creek, Timber Lake and Newhaven are close to Peachtree City and can connect via cart path.
This is so well done. Thank you!
Thank you! There will be more to come. If you have a place in Atlanta that you would like to see, let me know.

Great video, I been thinking about relocating here. Your video definitely have convinced me 😊
Awesome! We’ve been here for the past 5 years. Let me know if I can answer any questions for you!
@@ramon.purifoy Will do! Thank you so much 😊
Thanks so much for this vid. 👍👍
My pleasure! Thanks for watching.
Great video, but I can't believe you didn't mention Pinewood or, now, Trilith movie Studios. Many blockbuster movies have been filmed there.
Great point about the movie studio across the street. They've done quite a few Marvel movies as well as things like Family Feud.
Thank you
Great job!
Thank you!
Great video
Thank you Jon!
Love Fayetteville. Wanna move there
Come on down!
Wow nice video
Thank You!

@@ramon.purifoy thank you Ramon 🙏🏽😊
is that an area where late wrestler
chris benoit home is?
Yes, Chris Benoit did live in Fayetteville, Ga
This is a great depiction of Fayetteville, too bad it’s being ruined by all of the overdevelopment and constantly skyrocketing cost of living.
What is the new development you mentioned with the performing arts center?
That is a community called Trilith (previously named Pinewood Forest). It is right across the street from Trilith Studios (formerly Pinewood Studios).

@ 1:45, What is the name of that new city?
It isn't a city. Think of it more as a neighborhood development. It is called Trillith (previously called Pinewood Forest).
I've grown up in Fayetteville. Dont let him fool you. Fayetteville has gone down the drain compared to how it used to be.
