I didn't even finished viewing yet but I just have to say that it feels good to have some time to view. Sometimes many of us want to see all the videos that we like but so busy!!! Wow! Then when we sit to view we so tired we fall asleep!!! Lol

Love this house too Raymond. While the fixtures are dated, it's got good bones to update! The primary bath layout is different 😋❤, love the small balconies & the terrace level is a mini apartment! One would definitely need a good leaf blower😂😂 Priced reasonably for these times & should sell quickly! Thank you🙏🏽☮️🥰
This house has amazing charac ter, appears well- built. I would lose the barn doors in front of the LR completely or install french doors. The crown molding,chair rails, tray ceilings has old world charm which I love! Minor updating on some lighting (personalize to my style). I would do some landscaping over to make the curb appeal pop and some landscaping in back to my personal preference. Nice built ins in FR. Decent floorplan in kitchen with counter seating as well as eat-in area. Outdoor living space is nice design that I could make amazing. Garage could use wall shelves. Private bath for GR a plus also with Jack and Jill between other 2 BRS. Master Suite sitting area and BR is gorgeous! Finished basement looks like an apartment. Good bones and price point for sq footage.

Stove and counter and cabinets upgraded to the ceilings with open glass ldg lights and under cabinets
#4 cabinets in laundry room
All fixtures and touch mirrors in bathrooms and glass shower doors
#5 new double sink in shared bathroom
#6 primary bathroom French doors to set dwn in the closet with custom made cabinets
Love the basement floors

Nice! First who is this music by its banging!! I was floating on the 3rd slow instrumental that came on while finishing the show of bedroom 1 I’d definitely love to know the name it has the perfect flow to it. Hey use that music for open house I guarantee that house will sell every time lol. Now Because of today’s open floor plans I had to keep reminding myself this house was built back in 1997. I know you all round table a million ideas of what you could do there but it’s a very nice house. I wonder if zoning allows for an in ground pool?

Why are there barn doors going into the formal living room. Those doors are taking up the entrance space. The backyard is a NO. other than that it is a nice house
No on this one. The rooms are too small and major updates are needed, both inside and outside of this home.

Hello, this is a nice home. This video is way too long, should be around 15 minutes. The home has great bones, its outdated in most areas and the master is small. The sitting room in the master would be better if actually connected. This reminds of the home I purchased 2 years ago and still have a few renovations to go.
