I read in the product package that each disc only treats 75 sq ft. I’ve read in other places that discs that are in closed cabinets will not treat effectively beyond the cabinet because the product is not able to spread as it was designed to do. So are you saying that one disc placed in the cabinet under the kitchen sink will treat the entire house? If not, in what other locations do you place them? Thank you.

I put them under my kitchen and bathroom sinks, I'm my kitchen pantry, on my desk (since I noticed some German roaches on my office desk in my bedroom), and in my beothers room to prevent the roaches from spreading to his room. I havent seen any roaches downstairs so I havent left any gentrol point control disks down there.

Here is why german roaches are primarily in kitchens 80% to 100% of the time with bathrooms showing less thta 20% the only way you will have them in a bedroom is if people leave food and water like for pets or they eat in there rooms all the time, studies have shown how they applied upstairs in a bathroom and tested the home later and found the hormone downstairs. I have a disk i placed 1 year ago and im still finding roaches with deformed wings indicating its still working when the manufacture says we should replace it every 3 months. Field testing and observation is vital to understand how products work.

@@ExecutionerDan to be clear an IGR like PointSource does not prevent roaches from spreading, its part of an integrated pest management strategy to prevent them from molting into reproductive adults, it also helps to cause the egg to from form the female and damaging the egg capsule.
