is this a joke? :) The entire product review without a live example with a camera. lols
I have the manual 100cm slider. It's light, solid and a great product.
Almost all you talking about is absolut self explained , ...
but what is with the things like power consumption, diagonal/vertical payload., effective reach of the remote ect. ?
I had 3 cameras with me to test with.. Blackmagic (USB-C), Canon & Nikon. The included cables didn't work with any of them :(
I just bought 100 one via Aliexpress for about $230. And it is amasing for it's price!! Solid, silent, steady, smooth slider with wireless remote control and shutter release control... Shut up and take my money, bro!
Done a review on this and I love it! Solid product!
I'm liking the product so far, but wow, this video was less useful than the poorly written print manual that came with it.
My remote only says "Please Wait". Any help is appreciated. I tried the app also and I cant get any connectivity to rhe motor. Please help.
We are encountering the exact same issue. Looking forward to a solution from Neewer or we will have to return the product.
@@ElroyBeezley 1. Turn off the motor and the remote. 2. On the remote, hold the "HOME" button, while pressing the power button. 3. Press the power button on the motor.
@@HGQjazz It still in "Pairing mod" and nothing...
No this video did not help one bit.
I will use this one wi5h focus staking photos
Great slider but i usually have trouble setting A and B points at the beginning. Sometimes it works fine, other times it takes a few takes (about 1-3) to set the A and B points, which can be time consuming on set. Is there a fix for this or a phone app? thanks in advance.
can you tell moe, please? im interested in any issue this slidr could have. thank you.
So does the slider not attach to a heavy duty tripod? If so how?
Hello, it may require two tripods to attach the slider and the two tripods can be put under the two sides of the slider. We attach the link of the tripod FYI. neewer.com/products/lighting-studio-66600261?_pos=1&_psq=200cm&_ss=e&_v=1.0 Thank you.
Genial yo lo ocupe y me funciono al 100 solo me equivoque al comprar la rotula
Anyone know if there is a way to power this continuously without the battery? I thought I could just plug it in via the usb port to supply power but that does not seems to be the case after all.
Unfortunately I cannot get the loop function to work. All it does is go to the start position and then it stops. I will have to send this back
Even the neewer official channel doesn't demonstrate how the tracking works. So frustrating and off-putting
I just got one of these Neweer sliders, im looking forward to testing it out.
In my humble opinion Neweer are the Go To Brand for Videography photography and Microphone set ups expecially for amatures on a Budget that need A Professional / entry level equipment
What is the slowest this can go from A to B in hours? For timelapse purpose..
This shows to put all the belts on, but mine were already on when I opened it. Have I gotten a used one?
helpful stuff bro nice vid, didn’t have the cable looped round the motor wheels properly but sorted it now 🤙🏼
Any idea if one of the cables is compatible with BMPCC cameras?
My slider doesn’t come with the right cable for an Olympus camera
Great slider just got it, wondering why it doesn't have the standard 1/4 screw. I need to find an adaptor.
My one have 1/4 screw and screwed on 3/8 adaptor. Try to unscrew it ))
Does the loop function mean that you can set it to continuously move from A to B by itself over and over? That's what I'm looking for.
i looking for something like that. do you have the enswer ? Wllmjhns ?
@@louispasdeprenom9950 from the research I found ... It looks like the loop function does mean that it will continuously go back and forth. From what I can tell this is a good brand also "neewer"
Yes, it slides in a loop after setting up A&B points and speed.
Does it come with an adapter for a phone instead of a camera?
Can I change the speed of the motor?
can you do stop motion with this, that is to say, move it along specific increments at a time
Yes, we can. It's Time-lapse photography, which allows you to set the shooting interval.
I've been using it for over a year, the result of my videos since acquiring this slider is impressive. I even made a unboxing + demonstration, I invite you to see the difference with and without. It's a must have slider for filemakers !
What is the slowest speed it can go? Like what is the slowest it will go from the furthest a to the furthest b
@@GamesJames Hello James ! This slider has a speed ranging from 0 to 100%. You can choose the desired speed according to your needs
@MY UNBOXING you don’t say? 0-100% huh? Apposed to what? 0-90% lol. I was looking for mm/s or mm/m
@@GamesJames For information, I don't work for the Neewer brand. I answered your question and did you a favor. If you want more precision, I advise you to buy it and test it yourself to get the answers you are looking for. If not, you contact the support of the brand with your questions. Have a nice day :)
If I want to use this for a long timelapse how do I charge the battery or power the motor on the go, does it have an external power socket in which you can add power? Im talking say a timelapse of 10 hours or 24 hours , say a flower opening, please advise thanks.
Hey have you found an answer ? And could you do some astronomy timelapse?
What I saw from another video was conect a power bank to the slider.
very userful video!
Hi I’m a film maker and I love your videos I have a lot of your stuff I also have a you tube channel too
I think I have the wrong remote or something. They will not connect and I don’t know what to do with this $300 I spent on this. No customer service or anywhere to take it to
Did you fix the problem ?
Customer service actually walked me through it by email and yes it works and I haven’t used it since 🤦🏽♂️
@@HellaYella615 Glad to hear that customer service works fine. Can you tell me how you solved it ? Thank you for the help
