1. PC is the primary platform, mobile version is a port. Nothing against mobile players but selfishly this works better for me 😅 It does seem easier to go from PC to mobile than going the other way around 2. Single player/story levels are the focus, not the multiplayer
@@GODLY_WUIf I remember correctly, we should be the son of the guy from the intro. there might be some plots and betrayals in the background, but I would assume we are meant to kill the white-haired guy who might be a heavenly demon or an immortal or some figure like that? He might have even already killed the father, and now it's about revenge? (I can't really pull much more out of the little I've seen.) also, I think we in the west have very few Wuxia/Xianxia games, especially MMOs. I really like MMOs and wuxia hand in hand. I also wanted this to have its own leveling system-something like the immortal cultivation or sword sharpening/martial arts level-up systems, with all kinds of bottlenecks you have to go through at higher levels. I also think this game will be decently popular in the West, so it would be a really cool thing for people who don’t know much about it to see and get into it, especially coming from their usual MMO/Dark Souls level-ups.
So sad to not get this sooner in the US for consoles or mobile. Hoping nothing stupid happens in the US where we get any delays or issues so we don't miss out on such gem product. With all the things that is going on in the US here, who knows what will happen next? I share a great love for Chinese arts growing up and am a fan of Wuxia/adventure stories. May all be well with all and hopefully us lovers of such greatness have fate with this gem piece.
Thanks for covering so many questions. I can't wait to play this game. But I have another question that I can't seem to find an answer to and I'm hoping you can provide. Do you know if the game will be f2p? I do not enjoy f2p games/gacha games because they're full of microtransactions and grindy progression. Will WWM be a fully paid product like wukong? or will the single player be fully paid and the multiplayer f2p?
The game will be f2p it has gacha but cosmetic only and all of the things u can buy you can grind but also have many unlockables so without buying or grinding too hard you can still achieve alot
@@GODLY_WU Ah that's a bit disappointing to hear that it'll be free to play. But thanks for answering my question! You've been a great news source for this game since it was announced.
@@GODLY_WU Oke so next year we can expect the world-wide release. What confused me is that I've seen footage of this game for about 2 years now probably meaning it's in public beta stage for a long time now.
@MJ-revered Yes next year but it wasn't in public beta stage at all with the different issues it had and content plus the amount of optimization needed was insane it looked good back then but was not where it is now and they are showing it now
@@DingHung I think I’ve seen on a stream that you can build favorability with most NPCs, and it can lead further. You’re also not locked to just one person, so I guess you can have a harem. i don’t know if the main story has romance itself - it might be with the aunt (if she is his martial aunt and not his real one :D), but she seems to have a complex story and is probably already decades older than him. i dont know if you can actually go on dates or marry or something crazy like that tho :D (but what do i know, i have not seen that much of the game, just hyped for the game and to go around its world lol)
They are planning to optimize mobile version after they finish pc version and they will separate mobile and pc for player vs player experiences + things like leaderboards
@GODLY_WU When this game is released, does it mean it will come out for both mobile and PC at the same time? Also, unlike other games like Genshin, will they separate PC and mobile so that players can’t play together across platforms? Thanks for explaining.
@shaoyang3847 I think PC will come out first and mobile will follow after and yes there's crossplay just not in player vs player on mobile that's more so console and pc
In the video update, the team shared that it is designed with a singleplayer story in mind first and foremost, with an added MMO mode for those who want it.
@@eliu868its Not MMO in the sense that we know it but more so a simple multiplayer lobby and such with extracurricular stuff there's alot of things that MMO's automatically have stylistically and the way they play, but WWM doesn't even they admit in a article its not MMO or souls its rpg with aspects from MMO and souls mixed in
