How does enemy scaling work? Can you overlevel an area or do enemies scale globally? Can you choose when to increase a world tier for enemy levels like in other games if it does?
That's actually one of the best single player mode questions I've heard i genuinely dont know whenever global gets another beta we'll figure that out for sure
