Hi! Could you please explain how you got the stripes in you ‚straw-brush‘? I only saw you ticking on a layer but don‘t know how it turned the initial color gradient into stripes! Thank you! Jutta
Not sure if you got a reply from anyone, but it looks like the layer he ticked on is actually a group layer, made of shapes and appears to just be a pattern that he had created prior to making the video.

Is possible to make true vector brush (like Adobe Illustrator) in affinity designer ?
I search a lot brush in internet, but all of that based by raster, so I can't expand that brush and sell my work to microstock
No there is not. Affinity Designer named them vector brushes but relies solely on bitmaps along the vector path. Inkscape works with vector brushes [like Illustrator].
