I love how Klaus utilized guitars in this score of TMNT. Very successful in bringing modern music into some traditional styles like the use of a low tone flute and Japanese style music. Very clever!

The real reason why Raph was a villain Splinter sent Leo America for training Raph started to be jealous using his vigilante activity Nightwatcher when Leo came back he sees the turtles are leading each other instead of Leo soon when Leo found who was Nightwatcher Raph fought him & learned his mistake
Raph wasn’t a villain. He didn’t like how the other turtles did their own thing and wanted to stay the same but after Leo left his heart changed. He didn’t want change but it happened and it hurt him.
They’re all teenagers at the end of the day too and Raph wasn’t a villain in my opinion but i agree with you on the way he got jealous of Leo. However it’s because he actually looks up to him just like the others but he won’t admit it obviously but at the same time Leonardo’s issue was over the top expectations for himself and the way he saw how the family had fallen apart in his absence. When he got back he whipped them in shape but he was going way too hard on them. On the other hand Donnie was stressed out with earning money by dealing with their business he set up with mikey. He and Raph but heads quite a few times because Leo was absent so they didn’t have a sense of order. Mikey just happened to be caught in between all the conflict and it looks like it was seriously impacting the poor guy watching his family fall apart
No actually Raph was more of a Tragic villian than a villian at all considering he never wanted to be at odds with Leo he was just furious and when he beat Leo and left him on the ground injured and he ran away the way he did that tells you he never wanted to do that he was just in so much fury, rage and anger and wanted to prove Leo was wrong but doing so hurt both. Like Casey said taking a breather is sometimes the best thing to do. And Raph was angry at Leo because he was a bit jealous that Leo left for South America and stayed gone for an extra year. So Raph was stuck needing to move on and blamed Leo for it. Then after he moved on Leo came back acting like nothing changed and Raph didn't want to go back to being second in command/second best. Not to mention Leo got under his skin because he lectures him sometimes.
