If you ever need another motorcycle there’s another one straight down the road where the guard walks back and forth between the building and the trees in front of the main building.
I have not done one in a long time. However it definitely is worth doing. I try to follow the weekly updates. Just to force myself to do a variety of things in the game.
I landed my sparrow on a couple metal boxes at the top of the building last week when i got out it moved n the legs was around the box then i tried getting into it n i died 🤣
I beach my sub near Vespucci and use my Sparrow to get to a road to get my MK2. I use my Phantom Wedge to steal the Longfin. The Oppressor just makes traveling as easy as can be. I use Aggressor weapons. I’ve been killed taking off in my Sparrow. Never in the MK2. I only do it invite only so I don’t have to start a new session unless I get Merryweather. The most difficult part of Cayo is the recon mission. The heist and escape is so quick and easy. You actually don’t have to shoot any guards if you don’t want to. No other hour spent in game pays as good not even CB. Edit: how did you miss the guard with the motorcycle straight out the gate?
I usually look around the airport first then go to that dock area cause sometimes there the clothes and grapple hook, the hug the cliff edge and swim to main dock see what goodies are there then to the tower
3:08 I can't believe Rockstar has not fixed this. I was hoping the series X/S version would have done it, but no, they did not. Two big problems with that plane. First one is that airspeed indicator.... that has the appearance of the airspeed indicator, but it is actually the angle of attack indicator with the wrong gauge in it's position. You can see this by looking at it and pull back on the stick, suddenly you're redlining at 200 knots. Nose down and you're decelerating(that's the opposite of what should happen). It's an AOA indicator gauge which is practically useless in GTA. That is the only plane I've noticed this problem in. The others seem to give you an accurate airspeed reading. The other problem is the compass and it is wrong in all aircraft. It only has 300° instead of 360° which throws off the heading for all of you're directions.... Should have West at 270°, South at 180° and East at 90°. But they are not like that in the game
38:20 I think the camera not being able to be moved while climbing is Rockstar's way of trying to patch the wall glitch for solo players to get the gold, rather than actually fixing the wall they've made it so we can't move the camera while climbing, which is annoying.
Commented earlier, but i dont see it now, but there is a motorcycle just outside the exit of the compound on the finale. Once you come out of the cut scene, just run forward a short distance,take out the guard right in front of you, and take the motorcycle he is guarding. Drive it of the cliff at the same spot he showed in video and swim to safety. You are gone by the time the body is discovered.
11:28 I've tested the missiles vs loading in a new session, and if your Kosatka spawns right next the airport following the scope out mission, it takes the same amount of time on PS5 to go to a new session as it does to use the guided missiles, so do what makes you happy. (On PS4 it's probably faster to use the missiles though).
It takes the same time to swap lobbies on any console or even on PC. Everything for the lobby is already loaded, you're just connecting to a new server. So it's just up to your internet speed.
@@DeadManDownunder So I timed my own lobby swap against Pooborama doing it in this video after the Longfin delivery, so quick swap vs quick swap, and they both took right about 14 seconds(timing was done from the moment of button press on confirmation screen to the moment of character control). As seen by the controller in the video, he has a PS5, or possibly a PC, while I have an Xbox One S. I've never seen anyone swap lobbies at a speed that was noticeably faster than that. So given my experience, I do believe I'm correct about this. However, I obviously don't have perfect information and could easily be wrong given my small sample size.
@@420RittzBishstrange. I have an xbox one s and the time to get into a new lobby is between 3 to 5 minutes And my series x is just 15 seconds Maybe because my xbox one s is too old
I always zero out the setup fee of 100k. I simply pick up the 2 treasure chests and the 2 buried stashes when i scope the island. Easy 25k each and most of the time it is on my way to the tower.
I've only done this mission a couple times and trying to keep up.... the part where you waited for the helicopter blades is the action I was like "He better not...is he gonna? Thinking before and while of actions. Ignorance is one thing.... stupid is. Continue....
I always check the warehouses first, then go to the main area and see what we have for the main item. This is the BEST way to get money. In 40-45 minutes you make over 1 million. I used the MK2 too it's easier for me, I suck at flying planes and helicopters. I killed myself too at the police station, but you were very close to the truck when you killed yourself. LOL
I've blown up the truck once or twice. I cringed a bit there myself. At least it doesn't destroy the boat(or at least I've never done that). Just gotta find another truck cab
You waste more time in the office. Easier to headshot the 4 guards in the path to save. The rest don’t see you even tho they are looking straight at you.
Switching sessions resets the prep ...just like with sale missions so if u keep switching sessions u can keep getting merryweather. If u dont want merryweather put something where they spawn like sparrow & buzzard u will never get merryweather. Also u dont have to kill yourself when getting longfin...call simeon request a job wait till it shows up go over grab longfin. Go to jobs start up the simeon mission back out no wanted level or cops and u are spawned right back next to longfin.
or just hook three dinghys with a cargobob ( if don't own one, there will spawn one at Merryweather )to the three possible valkyrie spots, like we speedrunners do. You're damn right, just accept a simeons job from your cellphone and back out again, it's quicker and you spawn insten near the phantom wedge again.
I be faster with suppressed weapons or shotguns. In penris building. Also its bad to not know where you go and call it a guide. You seem like learning by doing
First things first, you did a nice job on the heist. With that being said you have a couple flaws. 1st. Me personally I find it annoying to see someone's face on the screen. Take yourself out of the video. Nothing against your face, its anybody . 2nd. When scouting the island, take an extra 30 seconds at the airstrip you are already at to look at the hanger and see what loot is inside. In this case there are 2 stacks of coke, so you were good. But what if you drove your longfin to the strip and found 2 stacks of weed? Weed fills your bag up 33% so your bag would have been at 66% and you could then not get the painting. So, you would have had to find a second location to fill your bag the rest of the way. Also, while scouting, check the shed at the north dock that says it takes two people to open. If your infiltration point is set to north dock, then you can open that by yourself. There are literally 2 cameras and 1 guard to take out. Wait for the guard to leave the front of the shed, take out the 2 cameras, then take out the guard. Go to the side to open the gate, Pavel will tell you that you need 2 people but if north dock is your infiltration point it always opens. Since your infiltration point was north dock and you went past the north dock after leaving the airstrip you could have saved time there as well. And last on the gathering intel, Get your 2 money stashes. The majority of the time these are on the way to the tower, and they pay you $25,000 each. If you get those you cut the startup fee of $100,000 in half. There is also 2 buried treasures, I don't mess with those as they are not on my way but if you did you would have completely offset the startup fee. 3rd. When doing to weapons, I agree never do Merryweather. But just pull out a silenced weapon and headshot the one in the door. Then turn right and take out those 2, then left and take out the one in the conference room, then left and take out the two standing together in one shot, then there are 3 more by the desk. This is faster than using the ax and still pulling out a weapon and shooting the ones on the other side of the room. You way overcomplicated that mission. 4th. The plasma cutter. Just turn your sparrow around and blast about 8-10 rockets in that alley and blow everything in there up. Run in, grab the bag, run back out. Don't call in another vehicle that's a waste of time. 5th. In the compound there is no reason to kill that guard on the steps. Just let him finish his route and then he stays in the same place, and you can slip right behind him. Sometimes when you kill him, he will make a noise alerting the guard beneath him. 6th. Run out the door of the compound and kill that guard by the bike, steal it and ride it off the cliff. You wasted too much time running to the side. That body will be found but it doesn't matter because you will be too deep in the ocean to be found and you will not lose elite over it. 7th. And last you said you was going to do no cuts. Then you're running to the cliff and the next thing we see is you in the ocean completing the heist. I get it, it's just a formality at that point but it was a cut. There is no doubt you are very good at GTA V. I just personally feel that there are better content creators on UA-cam doing this heist. You should probably stick to other stuff within GTA V and let the ones already doing this heist do their thing.
I don’t like how they magically can see through walls now. If u looting while a guard is looking in your direction even if you didn’t get caught u will be seen.

How do you find the Treasure chests? I got lucky and found one once, but always grab the stashes when they are there
I went to high and over shot the marker. I had to turn back. Was weird.

The bug with the crate inside the hanger, and the camera not moving, is a problem with me as well, and I'm on pc, so it's not your controller.

For me the guards are in the way of that route... maybe I'm taking too long? Idk I'm new to doing this heist
