This entire series is life. And also very humbling to my own playing level. I'll just stick to pharmacisting and playing in a community band. Very well done!
This is amazing. To be able to compose a brilliant three part tribute equaling a half hour of jaw dropping music is astonishing. You sir, are brilliant. Not to mention that you are the best horn play I've ever heard and probably will ever. You are fantastic, keep doing what you're doing!
Excellent come toujours !
CosmicSubliminals Movie soundtracks are used to show what's happening on screen and in the story. Zelda OST is amazing, but it wouldn't fit to put it in the background of a movie.
Love it! Just a suggestion, though for another John Williams tribute, maybe try and include Saving Private Ryan? I love that soundtrack, and would love to see it in one of these. Just a suggestion. :) I love these tributes as well. Awesome job! Keep it up!

+Jay Anderson I export it as an image in Panorama mode from Sibelius ( so it gives me this really long stripe of sheet music ) and then sync it directly in Vegas !
i really with I could just cut out 1:40-2:00. Like, a few seconds of that dissonance is fine, but 25? nah. I listen to these a lot, and I skip that section every time...Otherwise, these are great. Good work!
pretty good but not as good as part 1, mostly it seems like you tried more with the background tracks to add more depth than previously only to me this seems to drown out the main themes so sometimes im struggling to hear it over the rest. The star wars cantina music was amazing.

For a moment my mind was detached from reality and I imagined that I was playing this flawless performance! Wow! Bravo
French Horn in F and E , became the most iconic partner of John Williams and also James Horner ! Brass are love! Classic Hollywood !
I play horn, and this is exactly what I aspire to be in the future.
I want to play horn like that too!
How are you doing today
you made progress in the past 3 years?
John Williams channeling Gyorgi Ligeti at 1:35. Love it.
Also love the bends in the Cantina Band section!
The transitions between movies are FLAWLESS!! Fabulous writing and playing.
Thank you !!
a great medley and a fantastic 2nd part to this tribute!
These John Williams medleys are wonderful. Wow. I want to be that great of a horn player someday.
How is it humanly possible to dislike this video!?!?
This entire series is life. And also very humbling to my own playing level. I'll just stick to pharmacisting and playing in a community band. Very well done!
Once again, outstanding!
Thank you very much 🙂
The Forest Battle bit was great! Really makes me realise as a composer just how much range and dynamic a horn has in the hands of a great player!
+psychopiano It is quite an awesome instrument ;)
Two horns played an octave apart is the greatest sound there is.
i've been waiting 7 years for this!!
On the second one.. and my jaws just can't close. You're amazing.
1:38 gave me goosebumps. wow those chords are weird
Some of these licks are insanely technical. How he does it, I have no idea! Congrats on an awesome video.
Thank you ! There is some challenging stuff in there for sure, a lot of these licks weren't recorded on the first take ^^
So glad to see this make a comeback! Remarkable work!

Thank you very much ! Working on Part 4 right now ;)
Loved the Aunt Marge section! Great to see the video plus the music scrolling, thanks for taking the time to do that!
Thanks ! Aunt Marge is a really fun section to play , especially those fast flute triplets :)
2:03 gave me chills
No hé visto las imágenes, estoy impactada de emoción viendo la partitura y ver las genialidades del ser humano.
(busquémos lo bueno)
THANK YOU FOR FINALLY "GIVING ME" THE MUSIC TO CANTINA BAND. IVE BEEN SEARCHING EVERYWHERE.
You're welcome ;)
The cantina band part sure made me smile :D
+Cameron Bennett It's a really fun one to play ^^
this is the first video I have never seen a dislike on thats impressive
Excellent come toujours !

3:42 love the polka version of the indiana jones theme!
How did you ever get the tuning right at 1:40?!?!?!
I was thinking the same thing
"If it sounds crunchy, you are doing it right"
Superb playing!
Everything you do is so polished and amazing!
man marc i remember when this was on myspace all those years ago ;) job well done on the video always love the arrangement looking forward to part 3
+bestfhornplayerever Hehe yeah ! Can't believe it's already been 7 years since I recorded these
Brilliant as always Marc! I too play the horn and have for about 40 years. Not even close to your skill level, BUT I love playing this instrument....
+Wayne Boxall Thank you very much Wayne ! It is quite an amazing instrument
View No. 1000, April 13, 2016, 3:04 p.m. Keep up the good work man.
Rey's Theme from The Force Awakens as a possible suggestion maybe? Would love to see your take on it :)
+Justice Hails I'm definitely thinking about it :)
thanks for the link marc keep up the great work
Really nice work! That scrolling sheet music turned out great!
+Composer1992 Yeah I think it did ! And thanks again for the tips ;)
How some of the articulation on this is possible, I do not know, but great job.
jrb121 how? You're looking at Horn God, that's how, haha
Love the inclusion of Prisoner of Azkaban.
+Jared Berry Love that score !
Another awesome tribute! :D
+Marley Bain-Peachey Thank you :)
I love you!! you are the best
dang. very impressive. great job
+Jackson Parodi Thanks man !
Most impressive, I love it!
+BigRedCatFTW Thank you very much !
If there will ever be a Zelda movie, I want John Williams to compose for it.
I couldn't they just use Zelda music?
CosmicSubliminals Movie soundtracks are used to show what's happening on screen and in the story. Zelda OST is amazing, but it wouldn't fit to put it in the background of a movie.
I want Koji Kondo to do it
Sweet!
Love it! Just a suggestion, though for another John Williams tribute, maybe try and include Saving Private Ryan? I love that soundtrack, and would love to see it in one of these. Just a suggestion. :) I love these tributes as well. Awesome job! Keep it up!
+NYGiantsFan1097 Thanks man ! And I can tell you there will be some Saving Private Ryan in Part 3 ;)
+Marc Papeghin - French Horn Awesome! Can't wait!
I aspire to be as great a player as you and I am in tears (any chance you've looked at presumed innocent)

What’s the song at 2:10?
Arlington (from JFK)
The original cue is just for strings and is one of my favorite JW pieces :)
It’s one of favorites of John Williams now that I’ve listened to the soundtrack. I also love Dry Your Tears from “Afrika”.
wish I could see you playing.. but good job 👍
+jose moreno I wanted to include a video of me playing at first, I did some quick tests but felt there was too much stuff on the screen already !
I see your final Fantasy and your John Williams but where is the castlevainia cover
+Solo Would love to do one ! That said I did participate to this a few years ago :) ua-cam.com/video/vefZYD8EsMo/v-deo.html
What song is this? 1:16
This one ;) ua-cam.com/video/PZvtWCwBSbE/v-deo.html
Thanks!
What are you using to generate the score and align it to the audio?
+Jay Anderson I export it as an image in Panorama mode from Sibelius ( so it gives me this really long stripe of sheet music ) and then sync it directly in Vegas !
What type of horn do you use
+Benjamin Templet It's a Holton H179
+Marc Papeghin - French Horn thx
what is 1:11
That is a cue from E.T.
i really with I could just cut out 1:40-2:00. Like, a few seconds of that dissonance is fine, but 25? nah. I listen to these a lot, and I skip that section every time...Otherwise, these are great. Good work!
Anyone know what all of these are?
Out of curiosity, do you have perfect pitch?
Yes I do !
pretty good but not as good as part 1, mostly it seems like you tried more with the background tracks to add more depth than previously only to me this seems to drown out the main themes so sometimes im struggling to hear it over the rest. The star wars cantina music was amazing.
8:52 dislike for not using original footage
Just joking. Good work.(although i can't stand that kind of CG and lack of wolf-man )
wow, thirteen dislikes in three and a half years
HOW can you play a high D wtf?
Just like you would play a high C ;) And the more you play it the easier it'll get it to reach it !
ok thank you google 😂
