- Landmark 81 is a super high skyscraper that is situated in the Binh Thanh District in Ho Chi Minh City. The building is located in a billion dollar urban area called the Vinhomes Central Park. Here you can find everything from luxury apartments, to high-end department stores and more. Vietnam is no longer a war-torn country, but a country that is constantly improving and developing.
(Correction: Landmark 81 is located in the Binh Thanh District. This district is really close to District 2 and so I got confused :/)

I flew back into Vietnam two weeks ago. Let's just say there are laws in Vietnam but sometimes you can get away with things because they don't always enforce it.
