  • Yoga is one of the most valuable tools in my toolbelt for managing anxiety. This is the practice I use when things feel out of control. I hope it serves you.
    As always, never move to the point of pain. Take care of yourself and only do what makes sense in your body today.

    Good luck in the Copa América, you are the hosts and you have great teams like 🇧🇷, 🇦🇷, 🇲🇽... I am Spanish and we are doing well in the European Championship, we have won the 3 group games, but now it is playoffs and a mistake It costs you elimination and in the quarterfinals we can have the host 🇩🇪 and we have never beaten the host team in a championship 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
