What size is your kitchen aid? I’m burning out my motor making all these cookies and I can definitely tell your bowl is bigger than mine bc there’s no way I can add in all the flour at once without it going everywhere even on a low speed 😂

I made these today they are definitely delicious but my batter wasn't as dry as yours? What would cause this my butter and eggs were room temp is it a certain brand of flour your using? I spoon my flour in my measure cup and drag the back of a bitter knife over the cup to rid of excess flour ..are you packing your cup measurement? I'm trying to figure out if I'm putting less flour than you are? The icing was perfect

Yes! You can half this recipe. :) This recipe calls for 3 eggs, so to half that you'll want to use 1 whole egg and then in a small bowl crack a second egg, whisk it together and then measure out 1/8 of a cup of the mixture and you'll be set!
