When people put out these videos, they'll often make a sorta facetious, tongue and cheek attempt to pass them off as the real deal. Other fans know about this convention, and so the implausible deception becomes an in-joke. That's where the description line comes from. People will say stuff like "This is totally legit, trust me. My grandfather works at Toby Fox." The grammatical weirdness adds to the generally nonsensical and transparent nature of the lie itself. In other words, it's a joke, Batman.
