Greetings friends on the Ukrainian culinary channel Pundyka. The recipe for today is the simplest recipe for an apple pie in the oven.
For cooking we need:
Sugar (ordinary) - 150 grams;
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
Vanilla sugar - 10 grams;
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon;
Kefir (warm) - 200 milliliters;
Vegetable oil - 100 grams;
Flour - 300 grams;
Baking powder for dough - 10 grams;
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon;
Apples - 500 grams;
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling.
A sliding baking dish measuring 22 x 6.2 cm. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes. But it is better to supervise them visually, so it is more reliable.
