Cluj Napoca was a Dacian city called Napoca. After the Romans conquered Dacia it became Municipium Aelium Hadrianum Napoca. In 1213 the German settlers called it Clus since the Romanian Cluj. It was built by Saxons on the old ruins and was inhabited mostly by Saxons . Under the cruel rule of the Hungarians Romanians weren’t allowed to live in the city only in the villages . Only later they were accepted and their number grew to overpower the Hungarians and Saxons. Nobody did any resettlement of Hungarians not even Ceausescu. And yes the name Cluj Napoca is the right name because it is older than Kolosvar and anyway it isn’t in Hungary.
Kolozs - Kolozsvár was fortress and a city founded by Hungarians, where Hungarians lived in the Middle Ages and and later also Saxons, and Romanians were not here until the 19th century! Yet today everyone talks about Cluj-Napoca when this name is the anti-Hungarian legacy of a communist dictator, because this was only decided in 1974 by the anti-Hungarian communist Romanians at the behest of Ceauşescu, who in anger ordered this when he visited here and saw the many Hungarian monuments in this city! Do you know the slogan that you erase the past of a people and thus wipe out this people as well? In 1890, the population of Kolozsvár was 37,184, of which Romanians were only 5,637, and Hungarians 29,396 (79%). Then, in the 1910 census, out of 62,733 inhabitants, 8,886 were Romanians and 51,192 (82%) were Hungarians, which shows that both nations in the city grew naturally! In 1930 in Romania, the population was already 103,840, of which 34,029 were Romanians (35%) and 48,271 (46%) were Hungarians. And from here it becomes increasingly clear that a conscious resettlement and a slow but effective policy of exterminating the Hungarians began, which continues to this day! The number of Hungarians in Kolozsvár - Cluj in Romania: in 1977: 86,215 (32,8%), in 1992: 74 871 (22.8%), in 2002: 60,287 (19.0%), in 2012: 49,565 (16.4%) and finally at the last census in 2022: 33,000, which is only 12%! Whoever makes these videos and keeps quiet about these anti-Hungarian measures, which also violated the Wilson agreements after Trianon, is part of this anti-Hungarian policy and big Romanian lie!
