I have already bought the 2000 and have been using it for the past 5 days and I love it. My allergy is almost gone (no asthma attack thus far), at least in my own room where I put the purifier. However, I have a question. I know there are 3 auto modes: General, Allergen, and Bacteria & Virus. Is it possible to choose a mode and control the fan speed in that mode? Thanks.
Hello Again Dear, Kindly note that our 2000 series indeed have 3 special modes: - In the General mode the purifier will automatically adapt its speed to remove airborne pollutants - The Extra sensitive Allergen mode will automatically intensify the airflow to reduce the level of allergens - Whilst the extra powerful Virus & Bacteria mode will intensify the airflow to filter up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. The speed in these modes is automatically set (based on the level of pollution) If you wish to change the fan speed, you may do that in the manual mode (where you can select 5 different speeds). Please note that purifier is efficient against pollution and viruses also in manual mode. Let us know if you have any further inquiries.
