the pamphlet that comes with it says to not use a vacuum cleaner on the pre-filter and to never touch the other filters .. you did everything they said to not do lol
You have missed out an important requirement of the reset process. Pressing the back button for 5 seconds. Suggest do a thorough job as otherwise the FO continues to show.
When you put the pre-filter back on you also need to clip the sides on by pressing on the edges in the middle. They click when connected. This stops as much air missing the pre-filter and hitting your carbon filter directly. I also use isopropyl alcohol on the cotton bud to clean the sensor lens.
Hi, good idea, but the carbon filter loses its efficiency over time and that is why you should replace it, the other filter you are damaged the small holes,an air filter with a damaged filter just circulates dirty air,,,,,,, and no I don't work for Philips electronics,,,,,,,,,anyway good luck, from Rotterdam
@@ThePupik13 not really Philips India has no interest in anything other than sales, that too barely. But i dod spray the vent side with disinfectant alcohol spray (the self evaporating type from a can). I let it dry outdoors, this reduced the fungus that was visible. Then 16 months later i sent for professional cleaning to a local repair shop., so there ..they opened it up and cleaned it for me.
@@kaseis thanks for sharing, I would look into that. I've contacted Philips UK and they said it's not possible to clean the inside. not a great design...
@@ThePupik13 yeah agree, it's quite silly because in Delhi here the "inside" gets coated with soot and fungus like fibre within a few months of use (we keep it on most days when home). So changing filters that come before the rear outlet area is pointless as the "cleaned air is now pushing out said soot and fungal fibre. Philips service here is only eyewash .....no support from the company on any product i own. Sad
i washed the hell outta all of them then turned on the vacuum van in the bathroom and coosed the door. the devastating thing is the carbon viper completely impractical

hi algo thx
vaccuming isn't enough. once in a while you need to change the filters to new ones
If the screen show AI, what is the problem? PLZ reply me
so how often would someone need to change the filters completely instead of cleaning ?
The smartphone app shows the live timer of the filters and it suggests to change when it’s completely used.
How do you reset after cleaning , mine still shows F0 after cleaning all filters
Please see my earlier comment.
actually how do you open the body and clean it properly where the air comes out from ? It's full of dust !!!
That's exactly what i want to know!!! do share if you've found out :)
