Is it really? It's always looked fairly tedious to me; you just keep Springtrap back and repeatedly reboot the systems because of the phantom scares. I never really took a deep dive into the mechanics of FNAF 3, but it never looked all that enjoyable; it definitely seems tense, but not particularly noteworthy from what little I'd seen of it
@@dmk_ytyou can avoid the phantom scares if you know what you are doing and the camera actually being practical makes for a great time. It definitely has it’s flaws, but is a ton of fun to play :)
it’s intriguing to see how they handled the button layouts. i honestly think they should of stuck with mobile and PC, but it’s still pretty neat that you can play these on the switch and playstation.
I love FNaF 3 so much and its definitely in my top 3 of the franchise. You probably didnt know where Springtrap was because he has 2 spots he can hide in on each camera so you have to learn and actually pay attention to the cameras. I love that they actually made the cameras work for their intended purposes and the game feels more reactive and variable because its not just an exact routine you follow for 6 minutes
In fnaf 3, use the audio to lure springtrap away from your office. Shut vent doors so he doesnt cheat, make sure you reset your camera, audio and ventilation when they start malfunctioning (they malfunction the more you use them), and dont look at the phantoms....not that hard to grasp (although springtrap definitely is a pain to keep track of on the cams)
Just a note is that the "touch controls" in Fnaf 1 and 2 are not actually touch controls, they are emulated mouse controls. The games support the ability to play with a USB mouse on Switch when in docked mode, but if you are not playing with a mouse then it just defaults these mouse controls to the touch screen. This is also why stuff like the flashlight does not work, it's bound to a mouse button that's not being emulated with the screen (M2.) Also, the reason these are not present in the rest of the games is they were added in patches. For some reason Clickteam never got around to patching and fixing issues with the rest of the games, it's been about a year since Fnaf 2 was patched now. I overall would recommend the original PC games over any of the console versions, 1 and 2 are fantastic options now but the rest are poorly done and inferior.
@@polocatfan Yeah, I understand that. I got all the clickteam games digitally on Switch except for UCN. I didn't even want to try playing that game with a controller. @@RussVandy the hardest part of the game is finding springtrap but once you learn all of his positions it’s just a matter of being fast to reboot your systems, the game can be pretty unfair though

11:30 It’s just insane how many different controls there are on ultimate custom night on switch, i literally had to screenshot it and print it out to try and play and even then it was way too complicated for me to play long, the game is just really chaotic and in the port it’s basically just the pc version but on switch, i don’t like having to drag my cursor around using my control stick for everything. Also the text can be really hard to read because of how small it is.
The hallucinations in Fnaf 3 are more scary than the yellow rabbit. Even Puppet is scarier than him! The design is not bad but could be more terrifying 🤨 Sun and Moon are so spooky! Sun has too much energy and is impatient, Moon is always terrifying! No kids will be able to laugh or sleep if they are here. With Eclipse, sure!
i have almost all fnaf games on switch except for sb cuz i dont have it and hw cuz i have it on quest 2 and also the spinoffs cuz they are pc only like fnaf world but i prefer the switch version over pc cuz u can play them anywhere
I wish Fnaf 4 was better optimized for non headphone users. Just increasing the volume of the breathing would make it better for tv or handheld players, even if it was just an option.
the most annoying thing about fnaf 3 on switch is that you have to do the EXACT analog input to move your camera. It only reads up down left and right, four directions, and you can't use the D-pad because you need it for the keypad thing, which is also a nightmare. It's really annoying, especially in a game where you need to switch cameras fast. Also touchscreen would have been perfect for the keypad but apparently they just decided not to.

I believe AR and FNaF World can be ran, in theory, on a homebrewed switch, FNaF World has a really old mobile port and the switch can run Android, however that mobile port seem to be very outdated and more effort than its worth would need to be put into getting it working, as for FNaF AR you can probably run it but homebrewed switches can't track location and games such as Pokemon Go have been known to not work correctly so I doubt AR would either, but FNaF World is still on the table if the thing would run, though when I tried it was just a black screen, some FNaF World fan games had mobile ports but I couldn't find any that still had downloads
