For the backup cam, you need to do some repinning because there is a black wire for ground on the supplied connector for it that is in the wrong slot and not making contact with your car's camera wire ground. Take a close look at the pins on it and you will see the black groundwire close to the yellow wire, that is the one that needs to be repinned. For the ac control, use the conector bundle for non bose and non navi. After that what i did was change the protocol to Tangdu and change the bootfile from infiniti g37 to X70 or something like that, its located at the bottom of the list located in the settings-> install set tab X70 is for the ac control module to to communicate with the screen. This worked for the g37 2013 non navi non bose model.
I've got this screen for my 08 g37s. Everything works besides the AC controls and I tried the plug configurations you mentioned with no dice. Any other suggestions?

Just received this my unit yesterday, followed every step of this tutorial, watched the ua-cam.com/video/U23ReDRgPQ0/v-deo.html tutorial 20 times. Spoke with text support today , we troubleshoot and toggled a couple of install sets in the unit and still unable to control the a/c or get the camera to work. We were on a FaceTime call and I went confirmed with tech support that it was connected correctly and he said it was correct. So after we did a little bit of troubleshooting, he tells me to LOOK at the same video again that I just watched 20 times lmao. Wow! I love the screen but most definitely sending it back, wasted to much of my time trying to get the A/C controls to work on the unit and I’m not even worried about the back camera at this point. Vehicle: g37s with Bose no Navi, factory camera.
@@djonzbeatgamingjonz3309 I got some great news for the ppl with 09 and earlier models who got ac issues with the 13.6 unit !! If u connected your unit and everything works except the ac (its blowing uncontrollable) the 40 pin connector needs to be modified !! So u got 2 of those connector only one will be used. In my announcement post the 2 connectors I put thats not used apparently thats only for 2010 and up !! 09 and earlier are using "number 12" now when thats connected to oem 40 pin connector. U will see on the right hand side of oem connector there is a black wire and yellow wire. On 13.6 40 pin connector u will see 2 black wires U NEED TO CUT THE BLACK WIRE THATS LINING UP TO THE OEM YELLOW (top black)!! Thats whats causing the feed back and blowing fuses !! Once u have cut that black wire mentioned above the remaining black wire needs to be grounded !! Once grounded ac function will work as it should. Also keep in mind that 40 pin connector has the backup camera trigger wire as well !! ALSO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE IS ANOTHER SMALLER CONNECTOR U MAY HAVE CONNECTED TO OEM CONNECTOR U WILL NEED TO REMOVE THAT. IF U KEEP THAT CONNECTED U WILL END UP BLOWING FUSES. The reason I say this is if u trail the wires from that connector to the 40 pin connector u will see they are all the same and connected. So if both of them are connected to the car fuses will pop !! Hope this helps u guys. And hopefully this will keep most of u out of my inbox lol Also if u don't want the trouble to doing it yourself I'm always down to do your installs !! Any questions post in the comments so others can see.
