Why do you use the blade to pick at the same spot over and over, instead of just poking it really good and squeezing? Seems like that would be more painful and cause more inflammation. I genuinely would like to know; I’m not just picking on you.
Will he have perminate scaring where you poke the blade in his skin is that necessary. Hot compresses would bring them closer and just squeeze them out
Dr Lee uses a blade just like that to nick the skin. They have to do that because with whiteheads there's no opening to the skin (or it's too closed up) and in order to get the gunk out they have to cut a small hole for it to come out of.
