Hi Jennifer. I do love birds especially Cardinals and Chickadees. So this video tutorial is my favorite because of the awesome bird layering stamps. I think that the sparrows and the robins could be made into Chickadees. Using black, black gray and a light yellow on the breast of the birds. These cards with the belly bands are quite stunning and oh so lovely. My Mom is a bird lover. I guess that is where I got my love for them too! We truly love all wildlife and all things nature. The Peace dove card is really beautiful and I love the colors of ink you used to create them. Thank you. ~ Katz
Hello, friends!
A few things:
- I said I used a Wink of Stella Shimmer Pen... when it was actually a Tonic Aqua Shimmer Pens. Sorry!
- Also, you may notice the many outfit changes and cutting plate changes. This was shot over several days. Videos take me 2 days to do. And then I lost the footage from the middle of my first card so I had to do it again! ACK. :) So hopefully it came together ok for you to see.

Is it an oxymoron to say you are an engineering-artist? Like house-building, working the foundation, measurements, etc., before the main act. You indicated that It took two-days to complete this video before posting it. Three stunning and awe inspiring window gatefold cards, and belly band, for any season or occasion. I so Agree, a Wonderfully beautiful Holiday release! Mass producing comes in handy, even just to have cards on hand for day to day card giving. Surprisingly, once you try it, I find that I never give it a second thought; it becomes the norm. Thanks Jennifer for the cute gatefold ideas.
Die cutting before stamping and using the negative space to place the die cuts in are such genius ideas! Very detailed as usual. Thanks so much!

Ingenious way to put a card together. I don't have your tools ie. Misty, die cutter, but I still think it is worthwhile to see if I can make this kind of card. And I learned a new term: Window Gatefold.
Wonderful images, the simple but elegant finished cards are lovely. Your demos provide confidence for beginners and seasoned card makers alike to try something new. Kudos for another great video tutorial.
The holiday cards are lovely. I think the stamp sets are beautiful & could be used all year round. Thanks for the great tips on mass producing & saving time. I definitely need more time, as the crazy busy holiday season is underway!

I mostly use Gina K, Simon Says Stamp, or My Favorite Things envelopes. They are great!
