I have one of these. It is good quality and comfortable. Prior to this I was just using weighted blankets inside of a backpack but I got tired of using that and wanted something heavier (my weighted blanket is 15lbs) and I got one of these vests. I find when jogging around in it it's best to strap it together lighter, and when just doing the pull up bar and push ups and running up and down stairs and stuff it doesn't matter if you tighten it more. If it's adjustable I've never bothered about that.

i disliked the video because you say that the vest is adjustable but you don't show us how.
i disliked this video because i told my friend to shoot me while wearing the plate carrier vest and it didn't stop the bullet
