I have this machine and it's a great and it can hold enough weight unless you're a professional powerlifter then you might want to get something else

how many plates can you load up? doesn't look like more than six a side. too light for hack, and you'd have to go single leg for the press - btw single leg is actually less than half the weight for two leg press. which was always weird to me.

This is a great leg press machine. I've owned it since 1995 and it's solid and smooth. I'm 6'2" and weigh 220lbs. The comments are from pussies who have no clue.

I have one of these. It is good quality and comfortable. Prior to this I was just using weighted blankets inside of a backpack but I got tired of using that and wanted something heavier (my weighted blanket is 15lbs) and I got one of these vests. I find when jogging around in it it's best to strap it together lighter, and when just doing the pull up bar and push ups and running up and down stairs and stuff it doesn't matter if you tighten it more. If it's adjustable I've never bothered about that.

That is so freaking innovative and handy.... . you can shoulder press out the rack, squat, even bench press with this, use it for barbell low rows, lots of versatility. I will look into buying one of these someday soon! The Conditioning Yolk Kit is a sweet option ill pickup once i get this barbell rack!
