Really Gorgeous love your flowers, no shortage of fabrics in my stash. I don’t have floral tape so I’ll be using washi tape from THE WASHI TAPE SHOP I just ordered all summer till now 😊. Beautiful stems for beautiful flowers 🌸! Thanks for sharing 🥳💗
Thank you so much for sharing! I can’t wait to try them . I have fabric, lace, stamens…. tons of wire but I was fresh out of ideas…. I will be trying this very soon…
Oh Gi, these are truly gorgeous. I'm going to start making some to give to my mum for Mother's Day. Thanks so much for your video - again, so different to everyone else's tutorials. xx
I love making any kind of flowers! I made satin ribbon roses with candy almonds attached for my wedding favors many many years ago. This reminded me of sitting for hours making them with my Mom. I can’t wait to try these! Thanks for sharing! 🌸🌸🌸
To make carnations, cut the edges of the fabric with small pinking shears, to replicate the edges of the petals of Carnations, I have been doing this with silk ribbon for many years. Fabric strips can be cut on the bias of the fabric to make them softer and provide more drape.
I have just made a lovely little clay vase, and these will be perfect to go into it, and as someone said in the comments, will be great for Mother’s Day
Ronkle that’s a new word for me 🤣😝 great little flowers 🥰❤️

So pretty!! TFS!
A tip when using floral tape. Stretch it slightly. This opens up the pores of the tacky backing. I do this same idea with coffee filter flowers.
Thank you Carol, Hugs Gi x
So pretty my mind is busy thinking of how many I can make with what I have already got in supplies 🌷
Gi these are so adorable 😍

I was reading your comment and had just gotten to stamens when Gi said stamens. I believe that’s a sign to make some flowers.

So cute Hugs Bonnie
The warmth of your finger will soften the wax in the florist tape and that helps it stick
