- I'm pretty addicted to reverb and just recently bought this. It's built well and is only $45, but how does it sound?

A very organic device that accurately and reliably performs its effect and has a quick control and exhaustive. The only thing I could notice is that at the 7-12 o'clock position the effect on my ear is already 3/4 of the best settings.

@@anotherheadlessdemo As a listener, I could hear and understand all the shades and adjustments. The only thing is that half the scale of the adjustment knobs will not be used - there are outrageous grotesque modes.
I agree. Too much reverb can sound pretty awful with this pedal.
This sounds great as a standard reverb.
A few years ago you demoed that Oceans 11 pedal and that convinced me to buy it and now I have 3 on my pedal board.
Gotta have that reverb drip 🙂🤣
I'm a reverb addict. The SkySurfer is ok, but the Oceans 11 is a killer pedal, isn't it? :)
@@anotherheadlessdemo Yeah, it's an amazing pedal!! I'm a huge reverb fan too!! The first time I ever saw the Ventures and those Mosrite guitars, I knew that I wanted to do that. My main guitar that I use now for heavy reverb is an Italia Modena Challenge. I keep 3 Oceans 11 pedals on my pedal board because I never thought that I'd be using all of the other modes!!
I thought that I'd keep it on Plate or Spring all the time but I find myself using other modes like Shim a lot.
So, I have 3 on my pedal board all set up differently.
Again, I thought Shim was just some gimmick that I'd never use but I use it all the time!! I bought the EH Mel9 thinking that it would be an extension of the Shim sounds from the Oceans 11, but I'm not getting the desired effect. Anyway, I've always loved your content on UA-cam and have been a subscriber for years now!!

It's a nice sounding pedal, especially for the price. I only wish it produced some useful drip.
Agreed about the drip. This doesn't really do an authentic spring sound.
I'm torn about this pedal...mixed reviews + #loveandHUNDREDS
It's never spent any time on my pedalboard. That said, it's a pretty good deal for the price.
